Thank you for the kind message & cookies on my birthday. That was very kind =)

Location and the communication of the hotel staffs (via Booking.com Chat room). The staffs were very helpful with the directions and where to park the car when we get to Venice.

Breakfast was chaos to us. Very noisy and super packed. We were sitting so close to the breakfast area as well as feels like in the middle of the centre hence I don't recommend this property as a romantic place to stay on my above question.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, und der perfekte Platz um Venedig zu erleben. Super freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiter. Das zimmer war sehr ok und sauber. Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier, und kommen bei einem nächsten Venedig Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder. Ausserdem eine tolle Bar, mit sehr guten Cocktails. Wir fanden es sehr Vorteilhaft direkt mit dem Wasser Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel zu fahren

Романтичный weekend в отеле Splendid Venice

Отель идеально расположен, в паре минут от площади Сан- Марко и моста Риальто. В аэропорту можно взять водное такси (160€) и вас привезут прямо к дверям отеля, либо приплыть на кораблике до площади Сан Марко и затем пройти пешком мин 15 ( это будет стоить 9-12€) В номере было чисто и тихо, кондиционер работал хорошо

Серьезных замечаний нет. Очень мелкая карта города на ресепшен, невозможно пользоваться

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel vénitien charmant

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, proche du centre, est idéale pour découvrir Venise et ses principaux sites touristiques, comme la place San Marco, le pont Rialto...L'arrivée en bateau au pied de l'hôtel (réservée par avance auprès de la conciergerie) est une superbe expérience. Le personnel est aimable, disponible et très sympathique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié, bien garni et excellent !

Tout était parfait ! Un léger point à améliorer : la moquette des couloirs menant aux chambres mériterait d'être renouvelée.

Biancheria letto mai cambiata, cioccolatini offerti in camera aperti sempre gli stessi 3 giorni,saponettina bagno usata il primo giorno restata per 3 giorni colazione non compresa ma costo di 30 euro, caffè in camera 2 al costo di 30 euro,appena ceckin,preso soldi dal conto per i 3 giorni,non credo che prenoterò più con booking

Sehr schönes, luxuriöses Hotel in idealer Lage! Besser kann man es in Venedig kaum treffen: 3 Minuten zum Markusplatz, 6 Minuten zur Rialtobrücke. Tolles Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer, äußerst bemühtes Personal. Perfekt! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Beautiful location and worth the extra cost for the amenities and superior service

The water taxi pier at the front door was a winner for me. The extra amenities were great and unexpected. The staff was extremely helpful arranging tours and transportation, giving directions and making recommendations.

The pillows were a little flat but I think plump pillows are an American thing. It certainly didn’t detract from my overall experience. It was a little hard to find down a dimly lit street but I learned to use the more trafficked entrance to reception rather than the one to the hotel lobby and elevators.

Localização, quarto amplo, cama confortável, café da manhã, o restaurante também é muito bom. O Hotel é maravilhoso. É a segunda vez que fico nele e com certeza voltaria outra vez.

No domingo tinha muito hóspede tomando café e os garçons estavam um pouco atrapalhados com o serviço e por isso o café foi um pouco mais demorado mas nada que desabone o maravilhoso hotel.

Room exceeded our expectations

The room was much nicer than we expected. We booked a standard room which was quite tucked away from the others and much bigger than anticipated. We also had a great canal view with big windows which we weren't expecting. The hotel is on a very busy path and canal but was so quiet inside.

Taller people may struggle with the shower. It may just have been the layout of our room as there were some strange wall angles but i struggled to get under the shower without almost standing on the side of the bath (that is probably my only negative though - and that's a stretch)

Great location, close to restaurants, shops, San marco, Rialto , yet quiet.

The location was superb, the breakfast was outstanding in a beautiful setting and attentive staff.

The double bed was two joint singles which were not comfortable due to the gap in the middle. The bellhop service was hit or miss.

Amazing & will be back

The hotel was centralized & in a great location. We requested for rooms to be close together bc we had kids and they made it happen. We did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel. Loved that it has a landing for the water taxi.

We loved everything about the hotel, from the location to the staff. All were very helpful and nice. The front desk helped to reserve a water taxi to the airport for us.
