On peut rentrer dans votre chambre

Propre et bien situé

Il y a Antenne relais quasiment au pignon de l'hôtel Les chambres sont disponibles jusqu'à 11h. À 8h30 on rentrait dans ma chambre pour le ménage... À 10h également. Même si je travaillais, je n'ai pas apprécié du tout.

Ok cheap and cheerful

Given wrong address so frustrated had to make calls to find out the location. We didn’t make any requests so where did that come from. Our allocated room (the only one offered on booking.com) was dirty when we arrived at 1700! So we’re relocated to an adjacent room.

Good value and location

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location ideal for our needs.

Unfortunately, several of the six rooms booked had not been made ready for new guests. However, once staff had been informed, we were immediately moved to rooms that had already been made ready, so, I daresay it was just an oversight and no real harm done.

Water in the room to drink & little cakes.

Difficult to get to despite being able to see it. The restaurant wasn't operating so going elsewhere to eat was a necessity.

Would not stay at a Campanile again.

The hotel was easy to find and there were very few guests on the night of our visit.

The staff were very helpful but the whole building was tired. We have not stayed at a Campanile for a few years, but although the rooms are now slightly better, the catering side leaves a lot to be desired. Food is nowhere as plentiful or has the variety which used to be on offer.

Inconvénient room allocation

Really comfy big bed, room spotless. Reception waiting for us as arrived 20 mins later than planned. Breakfast good choice

Requested ground floor as had elderly pet dog with us, checked in to be given 1st floor, asked to be changed and explained why and that we had specifically asked in our booking request - only to be given another 1st floor room. By which time reception had closed.

Pleasant

Good location for our journey onwards to Roscoff.

Check in not open until 1700; no evening meal available. Breakfast fine and staff friendly considering the shortage of staff. Hotel now looking a little tired after the Covid problems

Having stayed in a number of of Campaniles all over France this did not come up to our expectations

The rooms were as expected and the staff pleasant and helpful.

I choose the Campanile hotels because after long drives you can relax and have a drink and a meal without having to leave the hotel.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and it was necessary to go elsewhere for dinner nor could we return to the hotel for a drink as everything was shut up.

Personel told us come for breakfast after 9:30 because then its less crowded. Then we come like this and everything almoust clean after breakfast and no coffea.

OK for a one night stay

Bad location directions - difficult to find. Could not use shower - missing knob.

Close to the motorway and a big shopping mall. Inside: very basic, but convenient. Very comfortable bed, electric kettle, wardrobe - for a short stop is fine.

Thin walls (we could hear noise from the road and other rooms), wifi not working - for one night you can survive, but for a longer stay better look for another hotel.

A regular stop

We stay at the Campanile Laval every year and this year was very disappointing. We had two rooms that were tired and needed care and attention. The TV didn’t work in one room. WiFi didn’t work at all and everything was in need of care and attention. We will not stay there again.

Good

The hotel was next to a big supermarket and 24/7 fuel that was open Sunday morning, we managed to stock up on provisions. Had good meal in Buffalo Grill.

. Restaurant was not open Saturday night.
