From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful, friendly and jolly. We felt like we were being looked after by a happy team. We enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant and there were some tasty beers on offer too! The room was comfortable and clean. All in all a great stay.
Perfect spot for nosing around the antique shops of Faversham and walking out on the marshes.

Everything about this place is stunning, location, the building, the atmosphere and even spoke to some locals in the bar who were equally pleasant and friendly.
The staff were exceptionally polite and professional and Josh ( thanks bud 😉 )who checked us in made us feel instantly welcome.
The feature room was amazing, as so was the free standing bath. Already looking forward too my second visit, thanks to all the staff for a wonderful and welcoming stay.

Exceptional cooked breakfast including vegetarian and vegan options - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The room was spacious and comfortable and was equipped with everything you would expect. We really liked the mattress and both slept extremely well! We had a nice big bathroom with a bath too.

location was ideal for our stay. breakfast was very nice.
bed was uncomfortable and room was a little dirty.
4.0
Very pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent location - easy to get about and visit nearby places like Whitstable & Canterbury even without using the car. Also plenty to do & see in Faversham.
Food was a bit disappointing apart from breakfast which was very good. Restaurant very minimalistic with uncomfortable seating & small tables. Tends to be noisy due to table arrangement when busy.

Restaurant in evening started laying out breakfast items at 845pm!
