Disappointing

Clean tidy

Bed uncomfortable. Single glazed room meant heard noisy road all night. Draft through front door. Furniture needs attention re-varnish maybe.

Brilliant we will be returning

Room was super and very well appointed very claim lovely towels excellent tea/coffee biscuits and water. Beautiful shower iron board and iron Pleantiful breakfast well cooked and served.. Mansged very very well by Kali and Rich Very good staff

Leaving came far too soon. Other than that there was nothing we did not like.

A place to stay but very basic accommodation.

The location was very close to where I needed to be, so it was very handy.

I didn’t feel the property was very secure. The windows weren’t very secure, and the latches were broken. It was a very basic accommodation.

Pleasant stay at the Best Western Brome Grange Hotel. Good location & reasonable price.

Excellent stay

Perfect location for our weekend. Rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfy! I'd say it's definitely worth visiting the restaurant and bar during your stay. We both had a great meal and the atmosphere at the bar was great.

Lovely experience, good value for money

Room was really clean and spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely, menu was much better than when I previously visited last year. Staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was really good. Good value for money, a lovely relaxing weekend in beautiful surroundings.

A pleasant weekend stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Decent choice at breakfast, and dinner.

Would have liked a selection of fresh fruit at breakfast as opposed to dried fruit.

Comfortable stay and good value for money.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Decent wi-fi. Good price - price reflected the overall quality of facilities. Spotlessly clean room on check-in. Courtesy phone call to double check on check-in time.

The room was very 'tired' with very old, worn-out furniture (threadbare chairs, badly scratched table, damaged seal on the shower screen, flooring in bathroom looked dirty round the sink but in reality it was just very old.)
