Good value for money, would stay again

The hotel is clean, two complimentary water cartons, tea&coffee set. Great location!!!

Parnell Wing is so hard to get to that it feels like a different hotel in a different town. Using two (2!) lifts and walking and walking.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location

The staff, facilities and location where great.

The car parking was a problem as the booking.com adverting stated on site parking for 12.5 Euros a night. But when we arrived their was no onsite parking available and the replacement was 38 Euros a night.

Расположение отличное. До всех основных достопримечательностей очень близко. Хорошая отделка в номерах. Отель легко найти. Нормально за свои деньги.

Парковку, как мне любезно подсказал персонал, нужно заказывать за неделю минимум (!). Свободных мест нет никогда. Естественно это я узнал уже в отеле). Припарковаться для заселения не где. Если путешествуете на машине, не удобный вариант. P.S. Ваучер на завтрак у меня проверили 3 разных человека, 3! раза) наверное так нужно здесь))

Schönes Zimmer, gute Lage aber eher unfreundliches Personal. Unfreundlichkeit entspricht nicht dem Credo der Irländer.

Zimmer war sehr gut. Lage.

Rezeption bis auf eine Person eher unfreundlich. Minimalisten. Putzequipe unfreundlich. Entspricht eigentlich nicht dem Credo von Irland. Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich. Parkplatz im Angebot, aber ausserhalb der Hotelanlage in Parkhaus.

Shower was very poor, rooms noisy and a lot smaller than the photos plus only one lift working so a little annoying

Great central location and friendly staff.

Locality, late check out (12pm) , private parking if pre booked and staff.

Bed would have been small for two sharing and a bit of street noise even with windows closed.

Comfortable beds, brilliant shower and everything spotlessly clean.

This was our first visit to Cassidy’s Hotel and we were not disappointed. Our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet as requested. We will definitely return. We went to a play across the road in the Gate Theatre…”The Pull of the Stars”… it was brilliant… a must see.

Location was good

tiny rooms with a few amenities. No face towels, no lotions, no conditioners, no refrigerators, rooms were incredibly hot with no ability to change the temperature as everything is controlled by the hotel. parking was difficult if you have a car.

Location was amazing, staff were impeccable, they couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend this hotel

There were a few things in the room that didn’t work, the coffee machine wasn’t very good, there wasn’t a remote control for tv, the reception brought us one straight up to the room but we had to turn the tv off at the wall as the remote wouldn’t do it

Buena ubicación, buenas camas

Cogimos la suite para 4 personas y era muy espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno bastante completo. Los días que teníamos excursión y no llegábamos al desayuno nos preparaban un pre-desayuno bastante aceptable. Ubicación genial, cerca de todo salvo de Temple Bar.

Habitación ruidosa (música de la calle, baño, inquilinos del hotel). Luces verdes por toda la habitación, molestas de noche.

Muy buena eleccion para disfrutar de unos dias en Dublin.

Ubicación excelente. Cerca de atracciones como para ir andando. Muchas paradas de autobús y tranvía (algunas literalmente al frente del hotel o a 50 metros) facil de llegar/ir al aeropuerto. El edificio y las habitaciones muy bien mantenidos. Todo un acierto.

Nos quedamos en una habitación familiar y los colchones de las camas individuales no eran del todo cómodos.

Great location, really cosy and welcoming.

The location was perfect and the Christmas decorations made the place seem really cosy and welcoming. Our room was really clean and it was great to get the parking at such a cheap rate!

The rooms were small which we didn't mind too much although the bathroom was very tight. The breakfast in the morning was a bit disappointing and not very fresh and the staff were lovely although needed to be reminded to bring out the coffee and toast.

Okay except for lack of parking which was extremely inconvenient.

The facility was good on cleanliness. The location was very good for accessing many attractions.

Room was exceptionally small. Description stated that private parking was available but was not clear that it had to be reserved. Hotel directed us to a public parking garage that required us to drag luggage for a 10-15 minute walk along a poorly lit street. Breakfast was just okay and did not compare to other hotels we used in Ireland.

Ideal base.

Though the room was small it was perfectly appointed. The bathroom was fresh and modern. The staff were lovely and friendly too. The hotel is ideally located just a minutes walk from O'Connell Street so you're on the doorstep of all the sights Dublin has to offer.

Breakfast was plentiful but the hot buffet was cold when we got there at 10am.

High Quality Hotel would recommend

Hotel location was excellent, easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was large, beds comfortable, we were not disturbed. Breakfast was varied and the sausages were the tastiest we had ever eaten! All the staff were helpful and friendly, gave me a voucher for the car park reducing the fee by 50%

A good place to stay.

A good room with good service and food. A great location in Dublin and the staff very very helpful with parking.

The room was small and a hike away from reception through a very confusing array of corridors and a lift to go down one floor and then another walk to another lift to go up 4 floors The hotel photos looked better than reality
