I loved how fresh & modern the room was.
Lovely staff & great location
Room a bit small.
Room service charge of £8 was high.

The double room was too small

Close to the terrace for the sunset, the Park for a walk in the nature and the Pub for a pint. What do you need more?!

The bathroom smelt terribly bad. I did mention it to the staff at checkout.

As it was through booking.com they insisted I paid for parking staying at there hotel. Quite ridiculous. No lufer for the shower, tiny pots of shampoo and shower gel nothing my partner could use with her long hair, sky didn’t work which I wanted to watch Sat afternoon, went to ungrade to a better room but to be honest there really wasn’t one, music we could hear up to midnight and couldn’t sleep having gone to bed at 10:30 that night. Having stayed there around 30 times before it’s gone downhill.
The shower is good

location great overlooking the Thames and park
car parking , signage very confusing and even as an overnight guest was still £15. when charging over £200 per room car parking should be included

Very helpful staff. We had a Junior suite with very large comfortable bed, seating area and good sized bathroom. Walk into Richmond has lovely views over the river and surrounding area. Easy to commute to/from London and Windsor.
Had to request extra towels and only a small amount of toiletries, tea/coffee etc. View from large bay window wasn't particularly good.

The room was great, staff were very friendly. Loved the in room tub. Shower was great too. We brought our dog, it was very sweet that they put bowls in the room for him.
It was a touch pricey to stay. Only bad thing I have to say.

The bar and the restaurant
Double Room was too small, the shower and toilet walls made out of frosted glass . Shower door not closing properly therefore water leaking outside of the shower cubicle...

The room was immaculate with the right amount of decor and amenities. The heated bathroom floor was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The courtesy call on entry to the room was a great touch and really extended the reception service and made you feel attended to. The penhaligons toiletries were a luxury touch to the room.
A small sign or notice to say the tea tray was in the cupboard under the TV would be beneficial

Not a huge bug bare for us as we are coffee drinkers but just a note to say there wasn't any regular tea bags... Green and fruit tea only
