Perfect for a quick stay ina very comfy bed with great staff

More towels (so we have them there if needed), cleaners not to make lots of noise upstairs before 8.30am

Great location, very helpful staff, beautiful rooms with high quality finishes and attention to detail

Whilst there is an elevator, there are a few steps to get inside the property and about 10 steps to get from the elevator to the floor my room was on. This is not uncommon for London and not a deal breaker but worth noting if like me you have heavy, excess luggage and specifically seek out hotels with lifts to avoid having to carry them.

Comfortable hotel, good location, good public transport links.

Good selection of cereal, juice, etc. breakfast menus was also well balanced.

Small bedroom had very little storage and one side of the bed was very close to the wall so difficult to access that side of the bed

A delightful stay in a well presented hotel with helpful staff .

Excellent classy townhouse hotel close to train station

Fully refurbished, classy townhouse, 5 minutes from Station. Near all the facilities of Richmond. Excellent check in staff

Not much was wrong. Too many pre stay emails and room heating centrally controlled hadn’t been turned on in my room so it was a little cold but soon resolved

Pleasant hotel in a good locatio

Lovely reception that was festive for Christmas. Great parking and close to train, restaurants and theatre. Nice and clean with a comfortable bed and bedding

Short stay transiting through London between Gatwick and Heathrow.

Nice hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood close to transit. Has a great breakfast and has a number of good restaurants nearby.

Very good place to stay and made our trip very pleasant.

Location is good- close to the train station and bus stops. Richmond is a beautiful area and quiet while being just close enough to get to London central. Check in was easy and the service was good. Excellent restaurant and pubs nearby.

Rooms and shower was a bit small. Didn’t fill up water often and had to ask for toilet paper at one stage.

Friendly staff, clean place, however, should have been informed about the elevator in advance.

Very friendly front desk staff (lady, forgetting her name). Clean rooms and bathroom, good location, very comfortable

Elevators were out of order so we had to carry 2 large suitcases up whilst checking in, and had to carry the same down whilst checking out.

Lift was out of order all weekend. I was NOT offered help with my bag either on check in or check out. As I am awaiting a knee replacement, this was very much NOT appreciated, nor was the room on the second floor.

Lovely hotel in ideal location for visiting Richmond and Kew Gardens

The hotel is in an ideal location It is very well appointed with good quality facilities. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold items All the staff we encountered were very friendly, attentive and offered a professional service

Our new London favourite

This is our second visit and it just gets better. The staff are so helpful; engaging and predict what their guests need or want. Knowledgeable about local places to eat; about transport etc. helpful with bags; deliveries and taxis. Combined with a central location; fresh clean rooms and great coffee, this is the place to stay

El desayuno muy bueno, aunque eché de menos zumo de naranja natural

No tiene ascensor y subir la maleta hasta el último piso fue incómodo. Por otra parte, el tamaño de la habitación era muy pequeño. Con todo, fueron muy amables y en cuanto pudieron nos trasladaron a una habitacion un poco más grande.

I’ll Be Back!

Central location, perfect for the Richmond Theatre. Handsome building with much character - our room was extremely comfortable. Very well appointed with a great bathroom.

Exceptional

Chose the location as you can reach London CBD in 20 minutes by train. First time in London as a tourist. Close to the train station, restaurants, the Thames, Kew botanical gardens and very tourist attractions.

Had a small problem with a parking fine, which was promptly resolved by the staff.

great location that property has been totally renovated There were 2 lovely staff members Aole and Keith comfortable bed

2 flights stairs to carry 20kg bags up . very small room could not have suitcase out and comfortably walk around bathroom small . And the rest of the staff not friendly or helpful .

Great location and a lovely character hotel

Lovely character hotel, recently refurbished. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast with freshly made to order hot option. Just a short stroll into the town centre. Look forward to our next stay.

Great hotel in a lovely location.

Not too concerned with rooms not being adjacent as we were happy to have our room upgraded. Chocolate bars, water and biscuits in the room. Celebrating my daughter's hen night and well looked after.

Only decaf coffee available in the room, and would have liked more milk

Modern, styling, clean, comfortable and smelt amazing at the entrance and throughout the hotel. The bathroom had heated floors which was perfect.

limited breakfast options. The bathroom door in room 491 didn’t close fully.

We had the perfect stay!

The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The whole hotel was immaculate and the room was quiet and comfortable.

We would have liked a little more choice on the breakfast menu but what was offered was of excellent quality and delicious.
