Tranquilidad y comodidad pero falta de limpieza y mantenimiento en inodoro

El lugar y la comodidad de las camas

Sin aire acondicionado. En el baño, la taza se movía parecía que te ibas a caer y faltaba limpieza del inodoro.

Dommage car mal entretenu et qualité médiocre, Passable pour une nuit

Très jolie vue depuis la baie vitrée de la chambre sur le lac et chambre double très spacieuse, en "duplex" donc les enfant dans des lits en haut de la mezzanine.

Les portes coulissantes qui séparaient les deux chambres étaient juste inutilisables. Vieux matelas inconfortable, et en le soulevant je me suis aperçu que dessous il était posé à même une planche, même pas de sommier à lattes... Le restaurant faisant partie du même bâtiment n'était pas ouvert, et le lendemain matin pour le petit-dejeuner, un cadre pas très acceuillant.

Hôtel très agréable,mais besoin de rafraîchissement

L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la Ferté Alais. Le lieu est superbe avec l’étang autour,très calme. La literie est parfaite Et le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique et souriant .

Les logements devraient être rénovés. Les équipements sont quelque peu vétustes,surtout au niveau de la salle de bain.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation

Un cadre magnifique permettant un bon moment d’évasion en toute zenitude. Le restaurant, réellement bien adapté au cadre avec des menus divers et variés. Un rapport qualité prix très correct, un personnel agréable.

Une douche plutôt qu’une baignoire aurait été Top mais cela n’élève pas le charme de cet endroit bien sympathique 😉

The staff was really nice and the location is superb. Would definitely recommend 👌🏿

I think the rooms are quite sober and can use a bit more identity but the view really is the show stopper!

The bath when is full is leaking all under the bad and the carpet from the bath to almost the all room , but more in the bath side , Some off cheese taps are off date,

Successful one-day stay while visiting France. Beautiful surroundings and idyllic view from the window. In the vicinity of a very good restaurant, about which you will not find out from the Internet. Very good food and wine in the restaurant, but no one speaks English.

The facility needs refreshing.

The view is so beautiful from the balcony! Staffs are super! even the cat living in the lobby is friendly :))) unfortunately I don’t have much time to enjoy the lake and surroundings this time, I will definitely book again.

the toilet facilities and furnitures are a little bit old, but I don’t mind.

Quiet place to stay over for a night or two. Places to eat accessible by car.

No hotel guest noise during the night. Eco friendly approach. Fantastic outdoor environment. .

Amazing location and the views

The location is beautiful and unique. The lake view from the room was stunning. Quiet area. Close enough to Paris. The staff were very nice, especially the gentleman from Portugal - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Obrigada!

Balcony guard rail was loose, wardrobe door broken, breakfast overpriced - very limited choice. The hotel needs a little bit of love to be perfect. It has a great potential.

Superb

We came in way to late and the man behind the checkin desk didn’t speak much English bit he was the sweetest and he did everything to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and the lake amazing. Would highly recommend for a stop over.

We were close to the breakfast room and we were woken up by the preparations for breakfast. The delicious smell made up for it though!

A relaxed play to rest and listen to the waterbirds

I was taking lunch in the restaurant next door. The hotel is walking distance, staggering distance to be honest from door of the restaurant. The receptionist dealt with us quickly, and in a friendly manner and we were in our room swiftly without fuss ! Next to the lake, out in the countryside, the site is really lovely and quiet.

Hotel is showing some signs of age and needs a little love. A bottle of water in the room would have been welcome. Its a nice little place, easy and not pretending to be something else.
