Decent, great location and value for money, parking easy.
A little musty in parts of the reception area.
9.0
Great location and easy to get around. Excellent to have washer and dryer.
Paid extra for public holiday but limited staff hours and no cleaning on public holiday.

Great location, easy walk to the Palais and restaurants on Acland and Fitzroy streets. Staff were friendly and really accommodating when we had an issue with the first room.
Needs a good update- paint is flaking, the powerrpoints are all at ground level so very difficult to plug in anything with the cord coming from below the plug. It would be nice to have a bigger bed. I wouldn’t take my toddler again as the door to the balcony didn’t have a good lock- just the ones that open when you turn the handle.

Close to everything you need. Quiet. Conveniences
1 disabled park near lift taken up by a bike with no disabled label displayed.
Paid for parking but had to park far back corner with mum on walking stick. Too far from lift,, aswell as room too far from lift. Too many steps and too many stairs. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise good stay coz of friendly staff and easy check in

The best thing about staying in this place was leaving it.
Cheap. Everything about this place is cheap. I've never seen, let alone had to use, a shower cubicle so small. The shower head was millimetres away from my head. The positioning of the toilet in the bathroom! The toilet paper a couple of microns thick. The furniture was tired, dated and uncomfortable. I'd expect to pay $100 per night for a dive like this place.

First trip to Melbourne, very central location, room and amenities very good.
Excellent service by Ruby and Callee,p and young maintenance guy (early morning checkin 10/3/23).
Will definitely be staying there in future

The location was good
The self contained facilities
The sofa in a11 was very low and that made it hard to get out of it.
The car parking - I had to pay $20 a day and then had to park in the overflow twice where it was quite dark and deserted and a long walk back to the lift - which for a female solo traveller was a bit off putting.

Peaceful location yet easy reach of trams and beach. Helpful staff.
It was quite a walk to the local supermarket. Appreciate that it was Christmas holidays, but reception was closed for 2 days & no housekeeping for 3 days.

This is a serviced apartment, very neat and clean, just freshly painted. We were staying on the top floor which was quiet. I looked at others in the area and thought this was the best value for money, though expensive for long stays. The staff has been friendly and helpful.
There was nothing I did not like, except that if it had been warmer the pool might have been filled.

The front staff were very sweet and really helpful
The house keeping was terrible, the floors still had resdue left and the blankets were not folded or tided up. We asked for additional towel and blanket due to having a baby we were asked so many questions about why. Unfortunately i wont be staying here ever again.
