The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. We also liked how close it was to the tram station which made it easier for us to travel to the city for the Eras tour concert.

Location was good! Staff friendly. Overall and ok stay for the room & reception staff.
I didn’t like that the cleaners had wedged our bedroom door open whilst cleaning another room 20 metres down the hall.
All of our belongings were on show and unattended. We were lucky nothing was stolen. Not only that we did not have ANYTHING on our door to say we wanted our room serviced.
I also did not receive an apology or written communication back from my complaint.

Ideal location, although the one ATM in the area (7-11) was broken, which meant had a bit of running around to do. If amenities in the area continue to dwindle, it may be necessary to provide more options in the hotel itself
When not using the bed to sleep, the matresses split apart and my poor companion kept getting stuck in a grand canyon - surely there is some way to make sure the mattresses stay in combined formation?

Location, literally the only good thing
We wasted $300 on a room that was old with no view and all you could hear was noise and sounds like piping or the wind. The bathroom is outdated, and the heater wouldn't turn off. Staff are just rude, Terrible overall and a waste of money

had what I needed and on site parking for good price
nothing much..my room did have some issues but the front desk did everything to fix the issues and ended up moving me to a different room.

Convenient location
No hot water in the shower
Mixed up the booking, where i had previously arranged for my room to be close to my friends.
Staff were not really friendly
Having to pay $20 to keep my car in the secure parking, even though I was a guest staying there. Was not happy with that.
Instead of just taking a photocopy of my credit card for bond $150, the money is taken off the card & guests have to wait up to 10 days to get it back. I have never experienced this anywhere else
Definitely not worth $170 for the night

It was a comfortable room with decent facilities.
The mini-fridge was broken, the TV was broken, the bathroom shelf was on a lean perfect for everything to fall off. the window looked out over the next room’s balcony so they could stare into our room unless we closed the curtains.

Very comfortable bed, dark room , quiet. Good for getting over jetlag
A bit dirty in places in communal areas. Breakfast poor value.

The staff were lovely
Found our room a little noisy with people coming and going from other rooms

Lack of respect from other guests in Room 107 on the first night. Returned to their room after 3am and were still partying at 4.30am.

the bed
everything smell old. also I filter in booking “breakfast included” and when we got there they told us that we have to pay extra for it. we wouldn’t have gone there

staff were ok
The air con unit looked like it had been installed by a 12 year old. The shower over the bath had water coming out of the shower and bath tap & couldn’t be stopped. The car park was designed for mini’s.
