Ideal for a few days in Luang Prabang

Right beside night market for food and gifts. Near cafes on riverside. Really nice staff, good breakfast also. Highly recommend

Zeer goed!

Heerlijk hotel midden in het centrum. (Naast night market en morning market.) Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Goede locatie.

Niks. Wij vonden het een erg comfortabel hotel. Hebben bij eerdere reizen ook bij 2 andere hotels overnacht in LP maar deze zou ik zeker weer heen gaan de volgende keer!

amzing good villa Phathana

I had an extremely beautiful and clean room A07 located on the 2nd floor overlooking the king's palace with a garden. The grass is very beautiful. The room is spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. He paid attention to every detail for me. to help and have all the laundry services at the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in Laos as well as Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang but this is the choice that makes me satisfied.

Quiet hotel in great location

Great location close to the night market and food places. The room has good air conditioning. Ben, the manger, was helpful. Simple breakfast prepared to your order. Quiet even though it's close to everything (our room was towards the back of the property, not on the street side). Currency can be exchanged at the hotel. We exchanged Baht at a good rate. We were able to organize a tuktuk driver through Ben to take us to the waterfalls. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Room made up daily with fresh towels and water. Free water refill and tea and coffee in reception.

The bathroom could use a really good clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there is some scaling or something on the tapware. The side of the sink wasn't clean and I had to use toilet paper to wipe off something red. The bed was really hard and my back hurt, otherwise we would have stayed longer. I know some people love a hard bed, but not me.

Superb location, friendly staff not clean enough.

Location, next to the palace and night market, 300 meter to Khong River.

They are not clean, toilet papers were terrible so I need to buy new toilet papers to use while staying there. Toilet was not clean enough and shower and floor looked not clean.

The most prime location in Luang Prabang is next to the king's palace, good value for money

-The most outstanding feature is the staff Ben family hotel and the location of the hotel, located on the main road next to the night market and the King's Palace. We have a beautiful room with very cold air conditioning and a quiet room with daily cleaning, changing towels and free coffee. and wifi filtered water works well. In addition, the hotel also has very good ticketing and laundry tour services

Appreciate the hotel location right next to the night market and near the Mekong River. All hotel services are good and cheaper than outside. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Standard and delicious breakfast

Nettes, gut gelegenes Hotel.

Personal sehr bemüht. Lage perfekt.

Hinterm Haus war das Lager des Nachtmarktes. Deswegen war es vermutlich hier nachts (je nach Zimmer) extrem laut durch die Arbeiter als ob sie im Zimmer standen… Aber hier kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Very good

I like that it is close to the Mekong River, Night market and other tourist spots. It is also not that expensive considering that it has free breakfast already :) Breakfast is delicious. Also, the owner can speak good english so foreigners like me can communicate with our requests.

very good value for money . Clean and comfortable . Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep . Staff were amazing . Owner : he Ben the manager so pleasant and very helpful . I had left organising my train ticket until the last minute . He is managed to secure me a ticket for the next day I like all think Villa Phathana Hotel

= Nice and comfortable hotel with great value for money

- Very welcoming and friendly his operator manager Ben he is Vietnamese but converses in many different languages. The room is very nice. We really like that they are all made of beautiful wood. The location is next to the king's palace and the night market is very convenient. Will definitely come here again.

The villa is located in a great area with walking distance to the temple, night market, the river and city centre. The room was clean and they really look after the place. The staff are also super nice and are always willing to help you! Over all deffinately worth staying here

The Villa phathana hotel of the Vietnamese owner is very enthusiastic with welcome lemonade and a map of famous tourist attractions in Luang Prabang The hotel's central location is right next to the royal palace and night market, just 1 minute walk from the Mekong River. The highlight is the hotel's prime location, clean rooms, reasonable prices. we go on business trips up i go to Luang Prabang a lot . I will recommend my friends and colleagues

somewhat disappointing. Staff were eager to please but am not sure I would want to stay here again.

no good for vegetarians. I had to make a compromise by eating egg omelette. My wife and our friend who are strict vegetarian, struggled. A buffet breakfast would force the hotel to offer a fair choice and avoid wastage.

The hotel should offer a choice of cereal, fruit, avocado, baked potato, steamed vegies, nuts.

A peaceful stay in a gorgeous town with very friendly management
