Very enjoyable stay in excellent facilities.

Excellent location, great room and fabulous customer service. Keota was amazing and Lynn was a great help with bookings.

Coffee and toast could be slightly better.

Bad soundproofing

The location was good as it was walking distance to many restaurants and the river. The breakfast was good and the staff, especially Keo ta, was very helpful. The AC worked well, and the fan on the ceiling was nice. I saw other complaints about charges, but the rate was spot on other than a 3% fee to use a credit card.

The rooms have no soundproofing, and the voices from other rooms seem almost amplified. When the other guests were quiet, it was a nice stay. When they would talk loudly until late at night, I was ready to check out and go to a different hotel.

I like it !

I enjoyed our time here. The room is clean an the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple but delicious with fresh fruits. The most important thing is staff super nice. She helped me book the train ticket and taxi. 100% recomendable

I like it here (location, staff, room) and if I come back, I will stay here.

I liked the location. It's in the center as it's not too far from the Morning market and Night market. Besides, there are lots temples, restaurants, shops and cafes around. The staff is so friendly and nice. We feel like home. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast tasted good. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of American breakfast. However, we love fruits.

Great affordable hotel!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and Lynn the manager does a great job arranging tours, taxis, laundry, explaining the location, she has answers to all questions you might have .

Todo es reseñable positivamente. En primer lugar la señora es muy amable. La habitación limpia y amplia y el desayuno delicioso. Además, teníamos que comer un avión temprano y nos preparó un lunchbox. Verdaderamente recomendable.

La ubicación perfecta, cerca a todo, pero lejos del bullicio de los mercados, la atención de Ms. Lynn fue maravillosa, la carta del desayuno variada con café delicioso ☺️

She was extremely kind and gave us lots of information about the area and guided us on all our bookings. Her hospitality is worth booking the room for alone.

There were no faults to the stay.

Adorable petit hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Luang Prabang, tout en étant très calme. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Hôtel tenu par un couple adorable et aux petits soins. Large choix de petit déjeuner et très copieux. Possibilité de faire une lessive, louer un scooter ou réserver un bus / activités.

The best place to stay in Luang Prabang.

We loved this place - it was so clean and smelt amazing! The location was perfect - close enough to the hustle and bustle of the night markets, but far away enough to relax and not be disturbed. The bed was extremely comfy and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job! However, the highlight of this stay was without a doubt the staff. The staff, especially Lin and her beautiful family, were so friendly and could not accommodate us any better. They helped us to hire a scooter, gave us directions and recommendations, and just in general could not fault them. This place is definitely worth the stay - they have recently undergone refurbishments and everything is up to such a high standard.

Lynn was an excellent host. Even helped me book a train ticket to Vang Vieng

Room was clean, spacious and with excellent A/C. Location was right next to the Morning Alms Ceremony and less than 10 min away walking from the morning and night market.

Perfect stay in Luang Prabang! Search no more

Tom the manager is always around to help you. he took care of everything i needed. Motorbike, train tickets, airport pick-up, train station transfer. you wont find someone as kind and as helpful as him. Breakfast is good but simple. The room are spacious and the wifi works great

The bathroom would need a few upgrades but it was still amazing to have a closed shower with hot water

Tout était parfait. Grande chambre très propre, au calme. Le quartier est central, proche de tout. Le receptionniste, Tom, était au petits soins et nous a réservé des billets de train, des excursions... Un grand merci à lui!

we got a pretty big and nice room on the first floor with a balcony there was also a fridge and a kettle in the room the bathroom was really big and the shower was nice and hot everything was clean and the bed was totally comfortable we had breakfast included and they offered us different choices of eggs with bread and sausages, tea or coffee we also got a lemonade and a fruit plate everything was delicious the staff is super friendly and helps you with all your needs the villa is in the historic district and everything is in waking distance it's recommendable

Hôtel bien situé et agréable. Personnel serviable et gentil. Les wifi est très bon. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits.

Nous étions au 1er étage et les climatisations extérieures, fixees à côté de notre fenêtre, sont très bruyantes. Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais très complet (pain, oeuf, fruits coupés, jus de fruits, café, thé, etc...).

La chambre est propre, dispose de la climatisation avec un ventilateur, la maison d'hôtes est très proche du centre, à seulement quelques minutes à pied, le personnel est serviable, surtout Tom, il nous a aidé à louer des motos et à réserver des billets de train, je le recommande vivement. maison d'hôtess

Had a really great stay there! :) The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, great to come back to after a long day out! Perfect location, right in the hustle and bustle of Luangprabang old town. They also offer a taxi (or motorbike) service, which is extremely useful if you don't have a local taxi app.

agréable hotel dans quartier sympa

l'espace, la literie, l'offre petit déjeuner, la clim et ventilateur, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel La situation géographique proche du Mekong dans le beau quartier colonial

le balcon qui donne sur une cour défraichie donc on n'a pas envie d'en profiter ! dommage. le système de ventilation de la salle de bain aurait besoin d un grand nettoyage. et pour l autre chambre a 2 lits : la fenêtre sur le couloir traversé en permanence par les clients ou personnel.

Great place !

Great stay! Tom is exceptional and will give you tips/help you organise anything! He's a great guy and the more you talk to him the more he opens up with suggestions and things to see/places to go. Even gave us some tips on Vietnam and a contact to help organise a Vietnam visa, and when we hired motorcycles he made the guy give me his proper helmet rather than the low-safety baseball helmets they try and give you. Highly highly recommend staying here

Hotel villa, familiar muy práctico para visitar Luang Pragang

Ubicacion muy buena,cerca del río Mekong, la calle principal y muchos templos. Es muy limpio, personal muy amable te informan bien, puedes hacer excursiones desde hotel, muy buen desayuno a elegir, siempre jugo y fruta. Hay agua fresca te y cafe gratis todo el día. Habitacion muy grande, nevera, TV., cama cómoda, enchufes junto cama, y muy buen wifi.

Quizás debería tener alguna zona más grande para estar. Pero me gusto todo, volvería a alojarme aquí.

Tom at reception is great , him always happy to help and provide information. Good sized room and comfortable beds. Breakfast included was yum every morning. Well located near river and night market.
