Tout était exceptionnel !

The pool was incredible and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
The staff were kind and helpful - they made our stay very special with their friendliness.
The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice - buffet and a menu.
Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely come back.
The tv didn’t work so it needs a fire stick so you can access your account.
Food was delicious but maybe a bit too high end especially for room service. The pool menu was excellent which we felt could have been the room service menu too.

2度目の滞在でした。街から少し離れているので、静かに過ごせます。食事、客室、プール、スタッフの方たちの接客など、全てよかったです。

The hotel itself is beautifully set on a mountain just outside the city centre. It has a gorgeous pool and such spacious rooms. Loved the separate toilet and shower. As I had a corner room I had a spectacular view of the city. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I fully enjoyed the breakfast every day as it had, besides a small buffet, many a la cart options which were freshly made. You don’t see that often so that was for me a big plus. As it’s not in the heart of the city it has a free shuttle that runs. We used it a lot or took a tuktuk back to the hotel. For me the bed was too soft but that’s very personal of course. One side note: if you are not good with using lots of stairs this might not be your hotel. But I’d recommend you to ask then for a room on a lower level. One last shout out to the wonderful treatment I had in the hotel spa. Would definitely recommend the Kiridara!

Pool was lovely, the room was great, bath Huge, though the hot water was HOT... to be careful with that one!
5.0
spacious room, wooden decoration, nice staff at breakfast and pickup
Reception and payment. When I was leaving, only then did the reception informed me that I didn’t pay successfully via Booking.com. Then all my cards are rejected, while they function well on other occasions so I suspected a mechanical issue with the machine. The only option for me is to give all of my cash in a hurry to the airport. Overall a very unpleasant experience. (also the flight drop-off they charge USD10 which is also unreasonable)

spacious rooms, nice setting, short distance to center and the provide shuttle and bikes

The property is located very closed to Luang Prabang main street where you can visit the famous temple and restaurants (only 5 min by car). All the staffs here are very friendly and helpful. They give me a suggestion on how to plan my trip and helping with the restaurant and boat reservations.
The room is a bit old and the water heater is a bit difficult to adjust. but the room is spacious. the breakfast is not much variety but tasty.

•WiFi kept disconnecting.
•Issues with deposit box, twice.
•Poor breakfast menu.

Warm welcome because the restaurant stayed open for us, fantastic swimming pool and large rooms, very helpful manager of the hotel who organised everything for us, vans ready to bring you to town, and excellent breakfast option.
But probably the most important asset of the hotel is the red chicken curry.

The hotel is faded glory and not really clean. On the pool you can find leftovers from food and drinks, that nobody takes away. The hotel is not really in the center. The shuttle service was OK.
Watch out for your bill because we didn’t got a detailed invoice and apparently they forgot to charge us something. We got an email that they would charge it on an higher price as the agreed price! I send them an email but no reaction. So unprofessional! I would recommend a better hotel in Luang Prabang!

We liked food, the room and how they served foods and shuttle service.
Swimming pool is very dirty, many stairs are not convenient for a family with small kuds
9.0
The hotel was spacious, nice wooden floors and architecture, a lovely pool (which we didn’t use!) and amazing Lao food at the restaurant. It was a bit out of town but there was a free shuttle service and very accommodating staff.
Not much to say! The breakfast could have been a bit better given the exceptional standard of (lunch/dinner) food but very generous inasmuch as they let us order as much as we wanted.

Good quality! Reasonable price!
So far from downtown!

Nice facilities
Up a big hill to get to the main reception and then more stairs to get to the rooms, so wouldn’t recommend to anyone with any disabilities.
