Nice, pleasant and easy

It was nice a private good for me and my little family

The shower! Would turn really hot then really cold. Also needs a curtain in the bathroom window.

Comfortable

I was comfortable, I had myself n a child together with my sister and her child. Was lovely to sleep in. They clean up next day even.

Not that shower in 205

Location was good. And spacious.

The shower within room 205 fluctuated between extremely hot and then cold. The most uncomfortable and poorest quality of shower I've experienced within all of my life having a shower to date.

Over all other than little set backs we would return cause of location.

Spacious and clean

Toilet wobbled, towel rail was made to look fix but broke at the weight of the towels, showers started hot but quickly went cold.

For the price we paid, can’t complain too much, but the shower was atrociou, couldn’t get any steady temp, it went from

Looked nice when first walked in, and location is good

Dirty, the towels were filthy and even the replacement ones had long black hair and make up on them (I’m blond). And the shower was horrible went from freezing to boiling back and forth until you get out of the shower.

disappointing for what I paid.

Location was good. Staff was helpful

The car parking was really bad. There's a big storage container in the carpark that prevents you being able to maneuver the car in or out of the car park when there are other cars around. The light in the bathroom was flickering and not working properly. There was a slug in the bathroom basin.

Good location for an early flight

Last minute booking to stay closer to the airport s we had an early flight. Went to check in around 3.30 or so and were told our room wasn't ready. Came back about an hour later, and we could access or studio. Appeared to be recently renovated, there were renovations going on at other parts of the complex Had an on site restaurant which was a bonus, as the traffic later on in the day was a nightmare. Food was lovely. Only around 4 km from rental car return area. Also had specific accommodation for backpackers and a shuttle service to the airport, that ran regularly, The Yellow Bus ?

Not enough towels Not enough tea towels No dishwashing liquid No egg flip No egg flip Pot lid broken Broken freezer box WHEN I ASKED CLEANING STAFF FOR things, they didn’t have the things I needed AND they were short on towels because the laundry had not been picked up VERY Uncomfortable Bed!

Ddn't stay asw the facility was closed

The Motel was closed, so we could not avail ourselves of the services offered. What is most upsetting is that we didn't receive any prior notice that the facility was closed for flood repairs until 1 April, until we arrived at the door. Greatly annoyed by this and caused a great deal of problems in eventually finding accommodation some considerable distance away.

We booked for 3 adults but only 2 towels were there There was milk in fridge but no tea coffee or sugar It said self cleaning kitchen but No tea towel, detergent or dish cloth.

The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. For a budget accomodation, we had a great sleep. Easy check in and out. There was a shuttle from the airport.

The shower was nice and big but the shower head was not the best. The room was dated but we didn't care we were just there for a quick stopover. The shuttle from the airport was packed and only came every 40 minutes. It stopped at all the different hotels near the airport to drop people off. 40 min wait plus 20-25mins to get to our hotel was a long wait after a 10hr flight.

I would not recommend this place at all.

Appalling. Carpets were sticky, with a wet patch in one area, which made the room smell damp. Flies. Dead Insects on bathroom ceiling. Dirty windows and ripped curtains. Room felt damp.

Don't stay here

Restaurant staff were nice

I am a manager at a Motel in Chch. The level of cleanliness was disgusting. Insects and filthy bench tops. Screaming from residents at 3am. Cleaners left our door open with our valuables inside. Would never stay again

The ceiling repairs was done in Ply over the toilet. No tea towel provide to wipe dishes. The window was bent and twisted. Mosquitoes hovering in room and bathroom. Toilet seat loose. It appears it is being used for emergency housing.

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Grounds were very untidy with rubbish around parking area and a ton of bird poop outside motel room door. Thin walls and could hear the neighbors TV at 5am. Bed was ok and clean, but motel kitchen and bathroom very old and hand rail in bathroom broken. No hand towel supplied and only 2 bath towels for 3 people. Luckily it was a quick trip and only needed a place to sleep....hopefully the hotel is nicer than the motel.
