Lovely, clean and comfortable

We liked everything about this apartment! Very clean and comfortable, comfy bed and lovely toiletries! We would definitely recommend staying here!

The only one slight negative was the Texas bbq restaurant in front of the hotel .. there was very loud music coming from there till about 4am in the morning on one of the nights of our two night stay.

Reception staff awesome, room size very nice, great view

No hand lotion in room, had room service as stayed two nights still didnt refill eggs at breakfast to sloppy, prefer fluffy

Central and bed was comfortable

We asked them to service our room one day we left to go out for the day and came back to an untouched room + No conditioner topped up while we stayed there. We stayed longer in NZ and extended our stay at the hotel and just felt like we were looked after properly.

Enjoyed our stay, apart from one of the guest🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️Shops, Mall, supermarkets all close by

Cleanliness of our room, Friendly staff, Heaps of Parking and Breakfast was divine👌🏽

Had a guest use our doorway as a urinal, dutie manager doubted with the situation😡. We didn't like that some of the guest walking around the hotel with Alcohol beverages and smoking/drinking alcohol outside the front entrance of the hotel.

Visiting from out of the city it was a convenient and comfortable option for an overnight stay.

Parking was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the king sized bed.

A buffet breakfast and the cost considering small amount of food required. Prefer A la carte.

Comfy bed, fabulous toiletries, clean and spacious.

We had no air con so rang reception for a heater as it was a cold night. Left it on all night to keep the apartment warm for myself and my granddaughter. Pity we didn't get much of a view either. In

No airport transportation. Room was small and hotel felt pretty basic

Even though I requested and paid for parking, there was none on the Friday and Saturday night, ended up parking off road on a grass paddock, and moving my car onto the hotel premises at 0300 a.m.
