Cómodo y excepcionalmente céntrico

La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Limpieza excelente y siempre dispuestos a cualquier cosa para buscar la comodidad del cliente.

La ubicación es inmejorable

El poco espacio para utilizar el sofá cama. No cabe en el mini salón/cocina. Había que quitar las sillas para poder abrirlo

c'est un très bon emplacement et tous à proximité. il est propre et même après 3 jours , il passe pour nettoyer l'appartement et changer les serviettes. Le grand difficulté est , l'accès au logement. il n'a pas de clés et il faut installer un logiciel pour ouvrir les portes ( la porte d'entré de bâtiment et la porte d'appartement). Si vous n'avez pas d'internet ou votre portable ne marche pas , vous dormez à l'extérieur.

- le lit , c'est deux lits simple -accès au logement, il n'a pas de clés

Quando ritorneremo a Madrid la mia scelta sarà sicuramente di ritornare a dormire qui!

La struttura si trova nella parte di Madrid perfetta per chi come me ha viaggiato da turista,posizione centrale a 3 minuti dalla stazione “SOL” stanze comode e molto pulite..credo che sia uno dei migliori della città

Muy buen alojamiento

Muy cómodo el sistema de apertura de puertas vía móvil y ubicación ideal. Pese a estar en el centro no es nada ruidoso. Se agradece que ofrezcan la custodia de maletas para poder aprovechar más tiempo por la ciudad sin cargar.

Es una pena que el ascensor no tenga puerta en todas las plantas. Las tuberías desprendían olor.

Apartamento para 6 en pleno centro

La ubicación del apartamento es ideal para quien busque un alojamiento céntrico. Es más espacioso de lo que se apreciaba en las fotos por lo que estuvimos cómodas. La atención por parte del personal fue estupenda y del responsable de limpieza que se puso en contacto durante la estancia por si necesitábamos alguna cosa.

Para ser un alojamiento de hasta 6 personas faltaba menaje de cocina y también haría falta retirar lo inservible, como el tendedero portátil que estaba roto. Los colchones algo bajos pero es cuestión de gustos. No estaría mal una revisión de limpieza de paredes.

Eccellente, ma non per cucinare

L' appartamento si trova in posizione centralissima, con la finestra che si affaccia su una via pedonale molto frequentata vicinissima a Puerta del Sol e anche a Plaza Major. Ciònonostante con la finestra chiusa non si avverte alcun rumore. L' appartamento è ampio, il bagno piccolo, ma funzionale (lavandino piccolo, doccia comoda con box). Letti e cuscini comodi.La reception è poco distante e il personale gentilissimo.

Al nostro arrivo l' appartamento si presentava pulito per quanto riguarda la zona notte e il bagno, mentre per il frigorifero e microonde abbiamo fatto una segnalazione e sono venuti a pulirli. La cosa più negativa dell' appartamento é la dotazione di pentole: due tegami piccoli e una pentola grossa (dal fondo sottile)con la quale potete cucinare una pasta/riso,ma poi vi dovete accontentare di condirli con olio perché non esiste un'altra pentola per cuocere un semplice sugo. Tra l'altro i due fornelli elettrici non funzionavano contemporaneamente. Anche la dotazione di piatti e posate é minima, uno a persona.. Non esiste una scopa o altro per pulire, solo sapone per piatti e spugna.

Buena ubicación

Lo mejor es la ubicación del apartamento que está en pleno centro de Madrid, y es muy práctico por eso. El personal nos ha atendido genial! Y muy rápido lo malo es que es muy muy pequeño y lo esperábamos más grande. Pero estaba muy limpio.

Amazing location

Amazing location, friendly staff, possiblity to store the luggage after check-out, instructions to access the building and apartment. We were offered also a mid-stay free cleaning. Nearby there are loads of shops, restaurants, subway and rail station etc. The beds and pillows very comfortable.

Different from the photos: very small windows, so there was little natural light and the apartment was dark. Bedrooms have no doors, so if you are a couple you have no privacy. The couch in the living room was very dirty and the closet smelt bad.

the app to unlock the room didn't work on sunday night. no one answered, they didn't find a solution for it. we had to sleep in another hotel. they returned the money for another hotel after 5 days.

Great studio right in the center of Madrid

The apartment was nice for two people and very well located. The staff was friendly and the check-in was easy.

The mattress was too soft and they were twin beds instead of a single double bed. The shower box was accumulating water. The cutlery was not very clean. I have not cooked, but the kitchen equipment (pans and other stuff) were not very optimal, if I wanted to cook.

The location, the cleaning and it has all necessary things to cook, microwave and TV's. It has two bathrooms with soap and towels very useful for a group of people.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It didn't respond according to the remote control commands and only works pressing the reset button and blowed hot air.

nice apartment in the middle of the center

the location is great, in the middle of the center, next to the metro station Sol

the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours through (steps, talking, watching a film) and the rinsing water, also from above you, and the duvet cover is open on the sides

Location is really central. You need to take transport to arrive. Not a good place to park

When we arrived the room was used without any cleaning. No cleaned towels to take a shower had to bought some in el corte ingles. Luckily there was a extra pair of clean sheets i used to sleep, because the bed was a mess

Disappointing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room was clean.

However, during this stay there were several issues. Firstly, the room looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms are not at all sound proof, you can hear everything the neighbours are saying. The boiler in the bathroom and the fridge make a lot of noise making it difficult to sleep. There were pigeons living in a hole in between the ceiling and the roof that were very noisy and you could hear them walking on the ceiling at all times. The first floor of the building smells like urine. The windows are completely opaque, letting no natural light in.
