Good location& Great staff well Maintained Gardens
Hotel is very run down Resort.Needs a make over major improvements
It has chnged it's original Name from Sri bungalow to Sri Akasata .I think this hotel is gotten far worse.Only positive is Accommodation is always booked and overpriced for what you get,Dinner&Breakfast area was always quiet duringy stay no one eats here they go elsewhere. We ate next door at Watercress Daily they've maintained there great food &service And if anything have gotten better.I don't think I be back to stay here I've been coming to this resort pre COVID for over 10 yrs .standards have dropped drastically.Atleast brighten up the room towels they are old and daggy faded white Towels they belong on the floor not for human use.thats why I use the pool towels instead .the bed nettings were old stained mouldy curtins .no thank you.i wont be staying here ever again.Unfortunately.Only recommend for short stay or if you get the The Superior Rooms over In the far section that overlook the big pool the Rest of establishment is run down badly..Great staff great Gardens That's about it.
The loud music Playing where the poolside in the Afternoon. No need for this racket it's ruins the whole tranquil feel of the Place .And dirty old stained curtains and Linen.

Space and location.
We found that we had paid more for our room than another person who bargained on arrival. We booked ahead online.

The room was good. It has its own balcony. Location of the hotel was really good.

view of rice field is good and not crowded, worth to stay.
Friendly and helpful staff but need to take more proactive approach in housekeeping, maintenance and customer service!
Water dripping on my bed in the middle of the night because of heavy rainfall on our arrival night (9.May.2023). Had to urge the staff to look for another room that we can switch to. Hassle till morning. No sleep nite and kind of ruin our day trip after😮💨

the hotel is in excellent location for restaurants and bars, very central, but quiet, can see monkeys in the rice fields if you are up early
the hotel could do with afresh coat of paint, but can understand that because of covid most hotels in Bali need this also

great location on monkey forest rd. comfortable bed, air conditioning, newly renovated shower
great property but as it’s traditional Balinese style, it’s not completely sound proofed or mosquito proof. I’m a light sleeper but slept well & used the mosquito net on the bed & didn’t get bitten. can’t complain about anything for the price

It was my second stay. Great location and staff.
Emailed several times through booking.com but didn't receive replies. I specifically requested rice field view. If my email had been acknowledged I would have been advised to upgrade accordingly.
You need to be aware of the monkeys coming through the property.

I absolutely loved my stay here. My room was amazing, very spacious and great facilities. The hotel is very big and I loved that my room overlooked the pool and was very close to the rice terrace. The staff here are so kind and welcoming. The location was also perfect, it's on the main tourist street, walking distance from loads of shops and restaurants and also down the road from the monkey forest. Breakfast was fantastic, there was toast and fresh fruit available, then you could also order additional food from a menu such as a cooked breakfast, omelette, scrambled etc. I would absolutely stay here again

very well located in the centre of Ubud so convenient for eating out, shops, and a short walk to the monkey sanctuary, palace , temple and other interesting spots. very quiet in the hotel despite its central location. My room was cleaned every day to a good standard and the grounds kept clean. wonderful and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again
the breakfast was limited in offering but satisfactory for me. a couple of sun beds around the pool need replacing as they were damaged.

Location & value
Property is starting to age. But great value.

Fair price and services for a 3 star hotel.
Breakfast quality and variety (but it is a common problem in Bali)

A quaint property off the busy main road leading up to the Monkey Forest Sanctuary. the rooms were beautiful with great facilities with views of the rice paddy fields. close to Ubud markets and all Ubud attractions. Staff was super helpful.
Breakfast could have more vegetarian options.

Amazing spot in the middle of everything but far enough to be quiet to sleep.
The restaurant was not the best, but its okay.

I've stayed here many many times. You can't beat the location, the staff feel more like family and it is extremely quite but you have access to central Ubud whilst still feel like you are in the old Ubud.

at the heart of ubud, staffs are really helpful and friendly. Would like to commend Ari and Rai from the reception, all Puto from maintenance, spa and security who also serve as my tour guide.
some maintenance of the electrical sockets as all are loose and shower head holder as it fell off the wall while taking the shower.

Very nice Balinese hotel that is experience to stay in. You can expect few ants and little cute lizards in your room. But hey, you are in Bali so that certainly is normal. It didn't bother me and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Nice pool and rice field - such a nice surroundings and you can not hear a thing from the busy street in front of the hotel - Monkey Forest. I could definitely stay there again.
I would upgrade the breakfast buffet a little bit and keep the flies away from the fruits. 🙂

Its location at city center; Serenity amid the hotel’s rice field; Quietness despite noisy street at night; Two swimming pools; Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff; Animals such as monkeys, ducks etc. made me live with nature; Its gardens
No tv as advertised; The room designated to me was a bit far from the main entrance; Air-con sometimes switched off by itself; Repetitive choices of breakfast everyday

Lovely setting, gardens & pools beautiful. Staff very friendly. Very central in Ubud. I stayed here for extra night before beginning a tour that used this hotel.
Slightly tired. A bit “shabby chic”. Room door did not lock properly & safe broken. No hairdryer. No laundry service (although very good laundry very. close by). Breakfast very average and the food was cold. Chose freshly cooked omelette because of this each day.
