Poor attention. Minibar had only 2 bottles, one water, and one sparkling water. The clothes cleaning service lost some of the things we sent and didn't recognize any of it. The hotel couldn't even book us a taxi to go to the airport

The hotel was super clean! and the staff were so nice and willing to help us with anything!
The fact that we cannot book a parking spot in advance, so one night we left our car outside.

no restaurant available, hotel do not provide with more than one single room card, to me its just ridiculous

Location is border line on City Center. Otherwise fantastic!

The hotel is comfortable rooms are ok.
it is sad the hotel haven't got a restaurant anymore, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby in the centre of Mendoza.
Breakfast was ample. lots of choices on fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, and also breads and eggs.
The personnel were excellent. The reception people we spoke to, 3 different young men, were great. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making our stay a success.
We can recommend this hotel for a couple of days stay.
Some minor points, the reception desk was on a slightly raised area. People frequently tripped on this 10 cm heigh obstacle and it would be best if the hotel would remove this obstacle.

Clean, modern with abundant breakfast buffet.
Fringe location, neighborhood not very safe after dark. Rooms sparsely furnished. Be careful leaving valuables in room. Avoid use of international credit cards as interbank exchange rates are double local rate.

it’s just not worth the money

comfortable beds, clean, powerful shower. My husband particularly liked the free beer 4-7pm, every day provided in a cool box around the pool. Friendly staff, fluent in speaking English.
uncomfortable sun loungers, poor quality beach towels. No bar facilities only vending machines for snacks, coffee, drinks.

The staff were very accommodating. Helped with anything like taxis, money exchange, restaurants. We had a massage through the hotel that has a dedicated room for the therapist that was nice. We also booked two days of wine tours and a day of water rafting and zip lining. Everything was amazing.
There was no restaurant or bar anymore. We were under the impression there was. loads of wine bottles and the space for it but nothing. You can get a bottle from their mini shop (a refrigerator) and a cheese plate. Also we had a great room with a balcony but it was shared with other rooms and there was no outside furniture to sit on it dividers for privacy.

Great location as it is a short walk to the centre. Concierge was very helpful for booking a tour to the Bodegas. Also good location when you have a rental car as it’s not far to the motorway.
Air condition was very cold in the breakfast room. If you have a room with connecting doors and you haven’t booked these two rooms you can hear everything from the room next door.

Fabulous massage. Good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Such a shame that there was no restaurant facilities other than breakfast. It would of been great if there was a bar too.

The breakfast, the bed.
The bathroom, the air conditioning system.

The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They're the best part of this hotel.
The hotel needs maintenance work. The breakfast is awful. It would be much better if it was just fresh media luna and good quality coffee. Things in the rooms like odd smells and the inability to make the air conditioning colder or warmer are an issue. Beautiful new TVs in the rooms but no apps like Netflix installed and no ability to do so.

Clean hotel, friendly staff
Gym is far from decent, location wise is a but far from main restaurants and was expecting more from breakfast

Breakfast is unreal. Huge selection, tasty & well prepared.
One of the best massages that we've ever received. Therapist are very talented and professional.
Emilia is an exceptional staff member and massage therapist with warm attitude.
Hotel and therapists would deserve a proper Spa area. A sauna or jacuzzi and a proper treatment area would be a nice touch before treatments rather than that simple room on the fifth floor.

The swimming pool!

Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok, location is ok 5 blocks from the promenade
It's not worth the price of the room.
Not phones or coffee machines in the room make it difficult to contact the reception. Not frigobar. They only use whatssap, and they don't answer right away. Our room was big enough for 4 people and comfortable. The positive is the 21% discount on taxes if you are tourist from another country, just need proof of your enter in Argentina, the stamp in your passport from immigration.
