Great location, big rooms, good breakfast and very nice staff

It's a lovely hotel with really big rooms and a little kitchen. The breakfast was good with heaps of choices. The location is really great as it is not far from the Plaza de Independce and is close to good restaurants and the party street. The staff is great. Bryan gave us some good tips on our arrival day.

Desayuno podría ser mejor, no necesariamente cantidad sino calidad. Faltan enchufes en las habitaciones especialmente sistema para turista distinto país por ejemplo tipo C o tipo L plano (Chile)

nice location but old hotel that needs renovation

location is good, close to the center with access to many shops and restaurants. a good point is the balcony.

the hotel is old, need renovation. the kitchen has almost no tools : nothing to make a coffee or a tea ! very noisy from other customers or staff. no iron in the room and the shared iron wasn't available. poor service. for my stay (a full week), the SPA and swimming pool were closed.

An ok Hotel in a good location.

The property is in a great location within easy walking distance to the centre of the city and lots of restaurants. The Breakfast was good but very repetitive. Very good Shower. The staff in reception were extremely helpful. The rooms are also extremely large.

The Kitchen is very poorly equipped and not really suitable for basic cooking due lack of utensils. The WI-FI is very weak and not available on some occasions. If you are allocated a room at the fron of the building then you will be awakened by traffic noise late at night and in the morning. Checkout is a little early at 10am.

Great location, helpful staff and great breakfast

The location was great, room very big and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast included.

Friendly staff but poor facilities.

The staff was kind and helpful.

I did not like the facilities. It felt sterile and we had to switch rooms because our first room had a terrible smell due to poor drainage. I expected this hotel to be much nicer based on pictures. There is a lot that can be improved about this hotel.

Awesome hotel

Very polite staff, very helpfull. We booked a room for 3 people, it had a queen sized bed and two single beds, veeeery spacious, kitchen are with pots and pans, kitchen utentils, microwave and minifridge, a living room area with a sofa, chairs and tv (no netflix or youtube though). Very spacious bathroom, with a bathtub. Awesome location, near very good restaurants (Estancia Florencia was our favorite) and beautiful parks. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but since most excursions leave very early you can talk to the receptionist and you can come around 6:30 to have it earlier.

Not many fruits selections for breakfast.

Room was bigger than expected and it was very clean. Personal was super friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Absolutely recommending this place. Great value for the money. Thanks!

Superb

Great place to stay for a long stay in Mendoza. You have a small kitchen and living room. Great bed too! Spacious rooms, comfy, safe, well located and with excelent costumer service. The staff has a problem solving mindset and is very helpful! Overall a great stay for us!

The wi-fi was down but they fixed it eventually. We had an issue with a leaking toilet but we were offered a new room. The staff is the best!
