Excelente estadia

Muito bem localizado, muito confortável e um café da manhã incrível. Vc pode usufruir das áreas comuns do sheraton, que se comunica atrávés do hall de entrada. Esta comunicação tb dá acesso ao Hualta, que tem um restaurante espetacular - La Cabrera. Fiquei no quarto dos fundos, bastante silencioso, com uma cama muito confortável.

A iluminação do quarto é indireta, através de abajours. Falta uma iluminação mais geral.

Localização, ótimo custo beneficio

infelizmente o banheiro tinha um cheiro estranho, algo que vinha do ralo. Alem do fato da janela dos quartos estarem voltados para o lugar reservado as condensadoras do ar. Ou seja, um certo barulho chato especialmente a noite ao dormir.

the lobby and location. the staff were polite and helpful speaking good English.

our first room, the shower door was half gone, meaning water would go everywhere. some of the rooms are outdated and poor quality. we were moved but the room we were ‘upgraded’ to had next to no plugs at all, had an unmade bed and hadn’t been cleaned properly. this was not worth the 460 USD for 3 nights at all.

Good location in the city center. Nice ambience. Room is parquet flooring.

The bathroom can get a little chilly when the temperature drops. Only 1 power socket available for charger (the rest are used by lamps in the room)

Just not right this time for us..

First impressions very good. Lovely hotel.

The early morning noise from the building work. It was a shame but our room was on the wrong side of the hotel. Because they were full we were moved next door to the Sheraton, but nonetheless they should notify guests about the building work.

A nice hotel, in a central location.

Large, comfortable room. Easy check in and very pleasant staff. Breakfast was one of the better that we encountered during our time in Argentina. Good central location.

Air con in the room isn’t very cold and is only in the bedroom. wifi could be improved in the rooms at the back of the hotel e.g. we only had wifi in the living room and not the bedroom.

Not much. Location was good.

The hotel was old and outdated. It was overpriced for the value. The amenities like the gym were falsely advertised. It's obvious they just wanted a higher star rating.

A great little hotel in a great location in Mendoza. And a good value.Recommended!

Clean. Good location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The twin beds in our room old, soft and very squeaky. My back hurt after the first night. We changed rooms for the next two nights. The beds were new and comfortable. Reception staff facilitated the room change without a problem.

staff were so friendly and helpful, great location, very comfortable and clean. All the little touches made it such a great stay.

expensive for laundry so we went direct to the laundrette close by.

would love to have a room on the opposite side next time.

very excellent location for walking to restaurants and shops.

there was no view from our window, we stared into a building under construction 1 metre next to our room and lots of construction noise.

Ideal for exploring Mendoza centre

A super location for exploring the central area of Mendoza. A lovely team, always happy to help.

We stayed twice here, the first room was fantastic and wish we had booked the same room on our return.
