Nice quiet sea view place

Excellent view, big rooms, comfy main bed. Overall good for a quiet place with nice sea view.

On the not so good side was the open shower that splashes all the bathroom and the very basic breakfast included in a quite expensive price for just the beginning of the season. Also, you have to drive to a beach; there is only a rocky seashore in the area.

Seaview is amazing!!! Very Close to the beach. Pool from aparthotel was clean and warm. Worth for the money I paid,breakfast included. It's a very good accommodation ,family friendly.

Breakfast was the same every morning and fried eggs cold.

Not great, good price.

Affordable price, useful pool, parking at the property, comfy beds (though our friends were not so lucky).

Breakfast had a pretty poor quality. Bad smell coming from the bathroom. We knew there was no kitchenette, but we didn't have even one single glass.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Location

Extremely rude staff, lack of English speaking staff, old rubbish furniture with sticking out nails, walls smeared with bloody mosquito swats, token nets and thus tons of mosquitoes indoors, broken shower, no place to put your toiletries in the shower, NO KITCHENETTE (although it was advertised to have one, no glasses or any other utensils, although there was a kettle), only 1 plastic chair on the balcony and 3 chairs indoors—although the unit was for 4 adults and 2 kids, murky/dirty swimming pool, poor breakfast( some days served at your table, some days buffet), bad restaurant service in addition to being yelled at and I will stop here. Waste of money and energy to deal with the manager/owner, spoiled vacation. Oh, we were also overcharged with the hotel bill- different number than the one listed on Booking.com!!!

The hotel needs urgent repairs, especially in the bathroom. Questionable cleanliness. On the last day, before departure, the breakfast was more than modest (compared to the previous days), I interpreted the message as : what the hell do you want?

it is an ok place to stay but needs a better maintenance

the property is very nicely situated on top of a cliff and offers a great view of the Black sea. I rented this apt for my uncle and aunt. They liked the apt, besides that there is only 1 ac unit in the living room- no ac in the bedroom so it gets pretty hot. there is a kitchen but they were not allowed to use it even the coffee machine because of covid which didn't make much sense other then securing more business for the restaurant on premisses.

the property was not very well maintained. the terrace door broke and they let the cleaning lady know- it was never fixed by the time they left. the pool was unusable because it was too dirty. the chairs were not very clean and not in a great condition- did not exactly welcome you to sit on them. to get to the nearest beach you have to walk down a path which gets very steep for about 10 ft- I fell twice- I think it would be a good idea to invest in building stairs to the beach

Last year I gave a good rate but this year the breakfast and the pool situation lost us as clients..

The location

The breakfast was poor. Very small choice, almost everything cold (even the fried eggs) it was the sensation of receiving a leftover breakfast. The swimmingpool in three days till we left it was not possible to get filled through a small garden water pipe as the only water source...

It was a plesant stay , the view was fantastic .

The location is great . A large balcony. The seaview marvelous . A very good beach near the location with sand, sunbeds &umbrela, beach bar . The apartment very big . Clean room . Quaiet location

the rooms and the bathrooms need to be refurbished , to get the value of the stay to the money we paid. the brekfast can be improved - decent but few choices

Superb

The hotel location, the beach on the neighberhood and restaurant on the hotel with a nice terrace right above the see.

The serving personnel on restaurant have problems speaking English. But not also the owners which were almost regularly on the spot there to help misunderstandings.

It's not perfect but the sea view compensates it all

The apartment had an unpleasant smell, like it was't propered cleaned before. Spider webs and killed mosquitoes everywhere, the room was dusty and in the bathroom the sink was very dirty...Only after we cleaned ourselves we could enjoyed our stay.
