Location meravigliosa, personale eccezionale.

Raramente mi è capitato di restare così soddisfatta di una struttura scelta. Il posto è meraviglioso e credo vanti una delle viste più belle di tutta Santorini, il tramonto visto da qui è meraviglioso. La posizione è centralissima, a pochi passi c’è il cuore della città di Fira con negozi, ristoranti, stazione dei taxi e del bus. Lo staff è genuinamente gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Un addetto ci ha accolto appena scesi dal taxi per aiutarci con i bagagli, ci è stato offerto un cocktail sia di benvenuto che alla partenza e ci siamo sentiti coccolati tutto il tempo (una piccolezza ma molto apprezzata è stata la disponibilità dell’acqua sempre fresca in camera). La colazione è varia e abbondante, un addetto ogni mattina ci è venuto ad avvisare che la colazione ordinata era pronta, aspettando poi che arrivassimo in terrazza prima di andarsene. Avevo letto qualche recensione non entusiasta rispetto alla camera (ho soggiornato nella camera al pianto inferiore rispetto alla vasca esterna) ma onestamente ho trovato tutto in ordine, sebbene il bagno non sia super moderno (allego foto). Condizionatore/pompa di calore era perfettamente funzionante, in bagno e in camera c’è tutto l’occorrente e gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti giornalmente. Viene anche fornito il telo per i lettini della piscina.

La temperatura della vasca idromassaggio esterna era un po’ troppo fredda ( è automatica e non c’è modo di alzarla).

it was amazing, the hole thing. an experience that will remain for a lifetime. the location was brilliant the service, the breakfast. out of our mini tour in Greece i must say this one was the best...

We though that we were booking the room in the photos but the didn't provide us that room. unforunately that room in the photos was already occupied but never the less we had a wonderful stay any way.

Unbelievable Hotel and Staff

Unbelievable hotel, location and everything you need. Staff are so attentive and kind, made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves from the moment we walked in the door. Helped with cases and recommendations etc

Superb! Location was perfect! Everything was easily accessible.

Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Kevin helped us with everything from booking the tour to transfers to airport. We had an awesome view of sunset from our room and our private jacuzzi. Bed was very comfortable.

Need additional mirror in another room lai besides the bathroom. Only mirror is in bathroom and with four people in one room, additional mirrors in another room will be helpful.

Honeymoon stay of our dreams ♡

An unbelievable property offering beautiful sunset views right in the heart of Fira. Wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome and where nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful restaurant on site with great wine selection and food to accompany one's drinks. Would highly recommend this place for one's stay in Santorini!

Excellent service. Marirena and Kevin at the front desk are amazing. They provided us guidance regarding transportation, places to go and where always available. Andreas and Mateo were great as well. The hotel has an amazing view. We were able to watch the sunset from our hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and they take it to our balcony every morning. The room was spacious, clean, the A/C worked well.

It is an awesome place to stay.Near to restaurants, souvenir shops and cable car..

We love that they deliver the breakfast for us and have a variety of food you can choose from. They were very responsive to all our requests.Marirena is so warm and the whole team was very helpful.They even prepared a cake for my birthday and wine which made our stay memorable.

Superb

The property was in a great location! it was walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. The view from our hotel and room was absolutely amazing. we received breakfast with them every morning we were there and it was delicious! The hosts were super friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend staying here. We were sad to leave.

Enjoy the Caldera sunset in a privileged location!

Superb suite with an outstanding panoramic view of the Caldera. The stay at Iriana Suites was simply amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist you with everything you might need. The room service is also exceptional. In my opinion, very few locations in Santorini can offer a better view of the Caldera sunset. 10/10

A memory we’ll never forget - a big thank you to Marirena.

I’d chosen Iriana Suites to propose to my girlfriend, and messaged the hotel directly to see if they could assist with the surprise. Marirena replied instantly and gave me her personal WhatsApp number to message her. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. She messaged me daily with updates, sent me photos and videos of the room and terrace where she suggested I propose, and arranged flower, candles, rose petals and champagne. She even messaged the day before to say there were fireworks happening and helped me change everything last minute to accommodate. It was honestly perfect, and all down to Marirena and the staff at Iriana. We had the most magical stay here. The location and view was incredible and everyone was so nice and friendly. We’ll never forget this holiday and it will always have a special place in our heart - and we will 100% return. Thank you again for making everything so perfect.

Amazing!

Amazing hotel! Absolutely stunning views, in the centre of Thira but still with loads of privacy from all the main roads. Staff was great and ready to go the extra mile. A special thanks to Dimos and Marirena who were really helpful and welcoming. The Jacuzzi was great, we didn't want to leave our room! I absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future.

Apsolutely everything about Iriana suites was amaizing! The suite itself was fabulos! The view from it's terase was breathtaking, you can't take your eyes from it! Staf was brilant, profetional, but friendly and helpful! Great breakfast was served in our room every day. Location is in the center of Fira, close to restorants, bars, bus and taxi station. Personaly, I can't wait to come back.😍 Many thanks to Dimosthenis and Marirena who did everything to made our stay unfogetable!

Great Location, Excellent View, Clean and modern suites, Divine food and Marvelous Staff

Dimos welcomed us with complimentary drinks and ice cream which was lovely! He also changed the booking to give us a more private suite. What a beautiful room with an amazing view of the whole Caldera! We could just sit in the balcony with drinks and watch the sunset or take a dip in the hot tub.The water temperature was just right as it could get chilly in the evening. The breakfast options are amazing and everything we tried was delicious. We have to commend the chef/kitchen staff behind the food. The cafe was a bonus, the baklava was divine. I forgot the name of the wonderful lady who would take our daily breakfast options but I hope this message reaches her. She was so helpful and friendly. We were craving some warm herbal tea once and she got everything for us ready and brought it to our room. I cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely want to return once again in the future. Thank you Dimos and team! Hope you all have a good rest before the new season arrives.

Amazing view from balcony, true to pictures. Best location, minutes walk to some of the best restaurants. Breakfast served to balcony, you choose from a menu with decent variety the day before. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Limited privacy. Staff and guests pass right beside your balcony while you're in the pool. Huge living room, quite a small bedroom. Furniture and design are OK but don't expect luxury. Pool looks bigger than it actually is.

The central location in Fira was perfect. Walking distance to the bus stop, main square, best cocktail bars and restaurants. The views of the caldera were mind blowing. The speed of room service was phenomenal. All the staff was super helpful and made our overall stay fantastic.

Worth the price and amazing view

But, overall I love my stay here. I wish I stayed for 2 nights. The view was spectacular. The room was clean, and they are very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again once I visit Santorini and making sure to stay longer. I just couldn't get enough with the view.

The only thing that I didn't like is that the jacuzzi is not in the same floor with my room. I'm not sure if it's mentioned in their page.

Amazing

I don’t even know where to start. From before I even arrived to the island Dimos had me taken care of. The suite and view of the caldera was something you can only dream of but where the difference between this place and others was the amazing service. Dimos and Marirena were amazing and made sure everything was perfect from the time we stepped off of our ferry to the last minute taxi back to the port. Thank you guys for the amazing experience!
