The view was incredible!
Well there are a lot of stairs but that is the whole island. If you are not very mobile, then this is not the island for you.

We loved everything about Porto Fira Suites. Our room was beautiful and the staff were so attentive. You couldn’t beat the location and views.
We loved everything, although you do need to be aware there are a lot of stairs.

This stay has been the pinnacle of our 6 weeks in Europe. Location location location. Staff were excellent. Whilst we toured the whole island it was always great to get back to the Suites. View was the best in town so we had most of our meals on the verandah listening to the music & singing wafting down from the playpens above.
Most of the afternoons were spent by the infinity pool. The suites are modern and exceptionally maintained.
Nothing comes to mind.

The views were as advertised, spectacular! The service was good by the staff.
As noted on the website, the steps are steep and there are a lot of them(side of a cliff). A little tighter than I expected, as many of the units overlook or are in really close proximity to each other.

Charming, kind and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room, clean and picturesque
The STAIRS!! Fortunately we are both fit!! When advertising the hotel it is imperative to mention on the Booking advert that there are many stairs!! Also without railings in some parts!!

The view was just breathtaking. The staff were over caring and extremely friendly. The barman with the cool shades. The porter, the reception staff were so sweet. Location was perfect, minutes away from Fira. The big fluffy blanket in the room. The pool was warm.
Nothing.

the staff was very kind and supportive.
the Room's view was wonderful and we really enjoyed to have Hot tub on the balcony!
daily cleaning was super great and we really comfortable during our stay!
The breakfast could be better with more options( the menu limited us to choose some options and there is no variety for choosing)
Also, the hot tub could be cleaner( at least have daily cleaning for dust because of wind)

I left a day early due to a sudden flight attendant strike, but it was a very nice place
Despite the off-season, the price was a bit expensive

it’s totally worth for the priced asked. Location is in the radius of town’s centre. View from the room (Sunset & Caldera) is breathtaking. Staff is humble and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with good options which delivered in the rooms. The room itself are uniquely designed to provide comfort and leisure even though located on the slopes.
There is nothing to dislike.
But few points for other travellers;
Property is located on slopes around 90 steps below plus add some more steps down to room. Reception is on the top level while swimming pool at last. Its not an easy task to climb so many steps. It was a proper 10-15min cardio level workout out for us to get to the top. And plus we had 1yr old baby with us. But we knew what we were getting into so no complaints. During checkin/out the hotel staff helped us with the heavy luggage so it was also taken care of.

Very hospitable staff, a very swift service with a smile always
Had to do 86 steps every time you have to go out which was not clear at the time of booking. There was no electric kettle in the room and had to ask for hot water for tea every time which was never very hot either.

Great hot tub (clean, good temperature)
We couldn't breathe during the night because the ventilation system was not great. The air conditioner was either blowing out super warm air or very cold air. So we woke up every morning with a runny nose.
The 80eur romantic package was a bouquet of 5-7 red roses and rose petals on the bed (which the housekeeper threw away the next day) and 7 tea lights. Quite pricey, but maybe all flowers are very expensive on the island, I don't know.

We had a beautiful two room suite with private patio and hot tub. The views were amazing. Breakfast was delivered each morning and we found it to be perfectly adequate. Scrambled eggs, juice, fruit, coffee, etc. We had a Nespresso machine in the room, so making ourselves a second cup was no issue. As others have mentioned, the level of privacy depends on your actual suite. Keep in mind, you are on a steep cliff...looking onto other balconies and having others look onto yours is unavoidable. We were right next to reception, but still had adequate privacy. The bar was excellent and we had a delicious meal brought to our room from the restaurant as well.

The bell boys and bar tenders were very helpful and kind. The reception not as much. The location was great and our room was wonderful.
The noise of the bar / nightclub on top of the hill is SO LOUD. They’ve been playing loud music till 4am every night we have been there. And since it’s a rooftop bar, we can hear it loud and clear even with the window closed. We were far away from it too!

The staff were really nice. The hotel has a pool with an amazing view, and it is right in the center of Fira. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to reach the bus station where you can easily travel to anywhere in Santorini.
The shower could be improved, breakfast was average.

location is amazing
property is very clean
reception staff ok, but bar tender was the most friendly guy and the others could have learned customer service from him
Breakfast was poor and for accommodation of this standard to say you can only have 1 glass of orange juice per person even when the glasses are so small is petty. If there are four in a party you will only receive four of everything. Literally four mushrooms, four baby tomatoes Dare not ask for more as they are not too happy. This is so ridiculous especially when you pay so much to stay here.
Although breakfast is served to your room , which is nice, the items you order are often incorrect and they are not too happy if you keep telling them the order is wrong. We stayed in Naxos where again breakfast was personally served but they were happy if you wanted extra of certain items and order was always correct.
No variety in the breakfast and you get the same every day !
Items are often cold and you need to tell them if you want certain items warm.
Usually two bottles of water are complimentary on a daily basis at most places but here you get only two at the start of the stay and then you will need to purchase extra.
Couple of times i had to phone on more than one occasion when it took time to fulfil a request like wanting the iron
Air conditioning was very odd and you were unable to change it and the temperature kept going up and in the middle of the night you needed to get up constantly to adjust the temperature. We asked them to fix it but unfortunately although the engineer came to have a look , we did not notice any difference ! I did not really sleep well for the entire time we were there.
