I had been staying in Rm 127 which is perfect spot with Mediterranean Sea and caldera in front of room. Beautiful weather, peaceful sea with little breeze, blue sky with cotton cloud, white houses with perfect holiday mood. I could not expect any better place like this. The Agali house staff are so genuine and supportive and ready to give me help anytime i approach them.
Very good convenient location. 15mins walk to Fira center, then bus to oia.
This is the only place I would like to return back after have been travelling for about 50 days.
Highly recommended. Several friends already said they would book same place.
Everything is perfect, beyond my expectations

The whole hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned daily to a high standard.
I cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel

The location was great,it was clean the staff was wonderful.
The price was to high, it didn't include breakfast. Fir the price l paid and the location of my room was over priced. There also a lot of stairs to get to the room which was very had on my body.

Beautiful room. Great hair dryer with diffuser. Comfortable beds. Awesome views. Friendly and helpful staff.
Music at the pool was not great / to my taste and interferes with enjoyment of the pool area. Would have liked milk for coffee in the fridge. Bathroom / shower and toiletries perhaps was not up to standard and drain overflow meant there was always water on the floor, but none of these impacted overly on our stay.

- Location, Location, Location - It was Perfect!
- Views: The most incredible views from your Room, including the Sunset! I pinched myself every time I stood on our Terrace.
- The Rooms are amazing, really beautiful decorated & have everything you need.
- Daily Housekeeping Service was a lovely surprise
- The Porters carry your Luggage up & down the Steps, really impressive.
- The Pool Setup is out of this world, lots of nice beds to Sunbathe on, Cold Refreshing Pool & lovely Pool Bar.
- All the Staff were super friendly & efficient, I really didn’t want to leave!!
None of these are Negatives as such, just more a Heads Up/FYI:
- There is no Restaurant or Bar in the Evenings, it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to sit, enjoy a drink with the view etc.. and just stroll back to the Room but you go to the Village which is 3 mins away. This didn’t spoil anything for us but would have been an added Bonus.
- Just be aware of the steep steps to get down to the property, but that’s to be expected if you want to be in the Cliffs with stunning unobstructed views. I’m more flagging for someone with Mobility Issues, access could be a little more difficult!

You’ve got a great view from your hotel room and the pool area of the caldron. Sunsets are amazing. The room is wonderful. There’s public parking lot across the street from the hotel. There’s about 40-50 steps down from the street to the hotel. You are a 20 minute walk to the main shopping area on Santorini. This hotel is centrally located, but outside of the busy shopping district of Fira, but close enough to get there quickly. The room has an amazing sunset and caldron view.
Everything was amazing.

Staff was very attentive and kind. View was spectacular and we had a view of the sunset which was great. Location is good -- 70 steps down from the "street" and an additional 24 to room. Phew!! Room was comfortable and spacious.
Very hard scratchy towels like they were air dried so not fluffy. You were required to turn on hot water switch and wait 25 minutes for water to warm up prior to using the shower. Then the water was still not hot the entire showering time. Lots of steps to get to property. Lock box safe was provided but located on the bottom toward the back of the closet so it was difficult to access. Also have to use a key to lock it -- combination would be more efficient.

Breakfast cost 15 euros and was great. Beautiful views and 5 star staff. Walked 10 stories daily up and down from room to main road, good excercise.

The stairs were a bit challenging for our group, but the staff helped with luggage and the location and views of thr caldera were truly amazing!

Amazing view, nice staff, best location.
Hot tub for some rooms that you can relax and enjoy the caldera view with sunset.
Prepare yourself to take some stairs to get there, but the staff can help with the luggages.
The hotel restaurant don’t do dinner. (They can recommend places nearby though)

We loved the view and the cleanliness of the rooms. We had a spacious outdoor terrace with sun beds and a table and chairs which meant watching the sunset was even more enjoyable. In general the hotel was so quiet and peaceful.
The only downside was the amount of stairs to get to the reception.

We booked the Sunset suite with Private Pool - Sea and Caldera View. The room was very spacious and nice. Once you entered you would go down the stairs, on your right the living, on your left wide space and two dressing cabinets. Then, you would go up a few steps to the bedroom and bathroom. I loved how when you are going down the stairs you have a beautiful view of the pool. The pool was a very nice size for two people. It was quite big.
Sadly, the pool area did not feel very private. If you stand up on your right the people in the lounge area of Danas Villas can see you. On your left, the people in the same hotel coming down from the stairs can peak into your terrace and pool because the shade above did not cover the whole area, there is space for people to see you.

Gorgeous apartment, the view is just incredible perfect sunset side of Santorini. Very comfortable room with big balcony had table and chairs and two sun loungers. The pool area is fantastic was busy but always enough beds. Staff were amazing and carried bags up and down for us as a lot of steps. Good exercise! Lots of restaurants and shops at top of stairs or an easy 10min walk to Thera or easy to organise transfer to Oia through hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

EVERYTHING! From arrival, Bora at Front Desk arranged a pick-up service at the airport, till we left 6 days later; everyone was super! The dining staff was sweet and attentive, as was our room attendant. Loved our Honeymoon Suite. Although a little expensive, IT’S WORTH EVERY PENNY! It was spacious and very private, with a “drop the mike” view!!! The entire staff was first rate! A big shout out to George, the Porter, for carrying all those bags & never complaining. (People: tip him well for all those 100+ steps!) And our gratitude to Bora for all the arrangements she made for us, and for her sweet and charming attitude!
As we age, the steps are becoming tedious.

Excellent view to the sea, very neatly kept hotel, excellent pool and adjacent facilities.
Almost 40 steps to reach the street from the room is slightly demanding for elderly people like us.

Would highly recommend the Mill Suite 2 bedroom room. Amazing views and very spacious. THE BEST VIEW FOR SUNSET!

The views were amazing, both from room balcony and pool/patio.
Big room, balcony, shower.
So many stairs.
Yes I know it's Santorini and we picked a cliffside location, but a long walk up to the main street.
Fortunately they have a person to carry your bags up/down.

Awesome location, with room having great view from private patio. Pool and area was perfect size for the small hotel. It felt intimate yet easy to find a spot.
Be prepared to climb stairs. Given the location on the side of a hill ( reason for excellent views) it is quite a hike down and then up. For us it was ok, we felt it was our workout, but for some older or out of shape guests it may be difficult.
