Food was good, service was excellent, and it’s a very calm place. The adult only atmosphere, coupled with the remoteness of the location just make for a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
There aren’t any events - you need to find your own entertainment. Also, you can’t swim in the water (ocean) because the shorebreak is just too intense. In my opinion, the spa services are certainly over priced, I live in one of the most expensive cities in the states & the spa prices are way higher than the ones here. Finally, to go to the other resorts in downtown, you first have to go to the resort closest by & transfer - and those shuttles, while free, are frequently full (so you might as well take a taxi unless you seriously planned ahead).

This was the first time we stayed here and we will definitely be back. It had a low key relaxing vibe whereby we could enjoy the pool area and restaurants without any stress. The employees were very accommodating, especially our pool server, Rodrigo. We saw whales everyday while walking the beach area. The shuttle service to the other sister resorts was a plus as we were able to enjoy other restaurants and were able to use it to get close to downtown. I would highly recommend the Peninsula and La Frida restaurants.
There were some additional fees for various restaurants even though we had an all inclusive package.
4.3
beautiful (grounds and location), staff was great
dinners weren’t quite as great as everything else, having “checks” for meals even though it seemed everyone was on the all inclusive plan

This Property is not a Resort it’s a hotel this property is old and outdated three nights for 1400 dollars was not worth it this property is about a hour away from the airport
This property is a hotel not a resort no welcome drink no pool activity no nighttime shows nothing We was there for supper bowl Sunday watching the game at the pool l was wrapped with towels and finally they gave out poncho
As much as this hotel charges why was we looking at the game with a 65 inch Tv l could not believe that’s our room tv was about a 43inches every thing in the room was all old furniture no hot water to take a shower just a old property

Extremely slow and untrained staff, especially front desk. Slowest check in of my life. Slightly racist staff. Indisciplined and rude golfing staff of Quivira. Half hour post check out, they didnt even allow us a snack saying your tab is closed, they didnt mention this at the time of checkout. Though the reservation was all inclusive and technically we should have 3 meals included in the price. But they refused to serve us lunch immediately after vacating the room.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish.
There was nothing we did not like!

spacious, modern, quiet, nice view on beach, fitness center, Peninsula restaurant
weather cooler than optimal for swimming. can’t swim on beach. would like more salads and fruit on menu
4.3
on the beach, clean and friendly staff
not everything is All inclusive, some Restaurants their is a charge for premium food and drink.
NO Shuttles to town $30.00 to
town and back, also no shuttle to and from airport $150.00 for taxi. $120 from hotel to airport.
We paid for an Ocean Beach View, and they told us that our room “was” an ocean view. I had to insist that they move us to a better room, which they did, but there was construction on the floor above us that started before 7:00 am, really ?
so they moved us again. The manager was
pretty good about it and offered us a Discount.
So everything worked out ok but cost us a stressful day of repacking and unpacking.

We liked the adults only option and everyone was very nice and rooms clean. We had a great view.
The elevator was not in a convenient location to all buildings and the closet to us was not working which we were not told. The food on the property was not the standard I would have expected for the price and then the charges for extras where way to high. We where charged us $30 on top of the all inclusive for coconut shrimp that we ordered pool side. We paid the extra since my husband wanted to shrimp but very disappointed with taste. Restaurants shut down at 5 even by the pool so you were left to ordering room service which took longer than expected.

The staff is amazing, every single.one I met was so polite, helpful, gentle and always trying to do the best for me to feel comfortable and enjoyable. They are the best part of the whole package! Congratulations to Pueblo Bonito to have such amazing team!
They were rebuilding the room next door, so we had construction noise during the day, but nothing that I really had issues or did complaint about it. Just it could have been said or tried to avoid the rooms closer to the construction rooms. Some customers might complaint.

The location is quiet and secure, the layout of the resort is easily walkable and everything is close. There are 2 pools - one large and one smaller zero entry. There is also a large outdoor jacuzzi and a smaller lounging area with a water feature - perfect for relaxing and reading. The food is excellent (asian, american, european, casual). Pacifica is part of the Pueblo Bonito collection and you are able to eat and enjoy amenities at all 5 resorts. 3 are located close together and the other 2 are in Cabo proper. The staff could not have been nicer!
Sometimes is was a little too quiet and would have enjoyed more organized activities. They did have a few days of water aerobics and afternoon DJ but it was inconsistent. This is a smaller resort, like 140 rooms, so that may have been part of the explanation. We stayed in the Towers, which gives you more options such as a butler, who is indispensable in making dinner reservations (highly encouraged) and just coordinating everything for you. The thing that was annoying was many of the bars would tell us certain top shelf liquors were an upcharge, which we had to say repeatedly that it was included in our plan. Towers guests have black wristbands so it should have been obvious.

Property was absolutely amazing. Felt like a excluded area with a relaxing sensation all around.
Nothing I didn’t enjoy.
