property location was good . it is old but well kept .
when we got there they could not find our booking . Took them a long time to sort it out and We complained but so far no explanation or apologies for a long delay for checking us .

The staff was friendly ,the service and food were excellent ! This resort exceeded our expectations! Room was a little dated ,but very comfortable and clean. We had a great time. Just a beautiful resort!

the location is great and the staff is wonderful

I liked the food. The staff was excellent and the beach help works so hard. Ivan and Juan were incredible Slow service with other beach help. Arrival is tough. You are tired, the room wasn’t ready, the lady jumps to sign you up for excursions and time share. Too much. You need to relax and have the new guests escorted to an area to drink and eat and relax.

Food was great Nice selection at buffet and lunch menu. Fellinis was amazing with rooftop view and great food. Not many choices for food at night but you can go to sister property. Location is great with beach views at restaurants. Staff is wonderful
Cilantros next door is awful. Food was horrible, service was slow we had 5pm reservations and didn’t get served until 645 pm.
Kids club was next door and only open if you reserved day before and was not included

Buffet food was not great.
Regular restaurants were good.

Breakfast was great at the buffet
Would have been good to have water in the fridge everyday. We had to go to the bar to get bottles
4.1
Nice buffet options. Was pretty decent food.
I don't like the fact they post signs on chairs saying do not save chairs with towels, yet when you go down in the morning they've already placed towels saved on many chairs, No one shows up for hours and they say these are for VIP guests. Why don't they just have an area for these people like most resorts do. Then you know right away.

Location was awesome. Staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Food was on par with an all-inclusive and one of the better ones we’ve stayed.
The beds were all very hard and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Otherwise all was well.
4.1
Location of the property was perfect, central to everything downtown and right on the beach. everyone was sooo welcoming and kind, the staff went above and beyond everyday.
The wifi was extremely difficult to connect to and stay connected.

We live Pueblo bonito rosè. It never disappoints
There was one bathroom by the pool that needed attention.
4.1
walking distance to the beach, very nice pool. great stuff service, bar, dinning, pool staff
love every one was very nice and happy to be of service
The room smell like mold, mildew. funny smell not clean smell. bathroom had the same smell. vey uncomfortable bed and pillows, not enough drawers in the living room. instead of empty space under the TV stand why not put drawers for the extra person. it was a suite , super small suite. sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable.

swimable beach

Amazing room and view
Food wasn’t the best
4.1
Location was great and my kids loved the burritos and quesadillas at pool area.
The beds and sofa bed were not that great, we woke up with backache every day
4.1
Spacious room, huge bed - definitely bigger than king size, nice view. Hotel was in a great location. Close to downtown - 10 minutes walk. It was great to have access to other Pueblo Bonito hotels.
Staff working there (most likely for very low wages) did not really care to provide good customer service. We had to wait between 45 minutes to an hour to receive our order at the restaurants or pool. Buffet style restaurant had pretty bad food. Very greasy and just not good quality. Our favorite restaurant was sushi bar right at the beach and Cilantro at Pueblo Bonito Bianco.
4.1
We like almost everything , bar and breakfast area the closeness to the downtown, the weather, the personnel and service people.
the size of the bedroom , very difficult to enter or exit from the wall side of the room, Unable to secure reservations at Fellini's restaurant. Plus the first night was a spring break night however that was our fault
4.1
The location by the water is great for swimming, including complementary food/drinks at various resorts, free shuttle service, and discounts on activities.
Horrible bed conditions, mattress hard as a rock, and small pillows were very uncomfortable. Also there is no insulation between units so you will hear everything. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping this isn't the place.
4.1
Everything was great. I just wish I could have got some fruit to take to my room. We were all inclusive but I can understand why you don't allow it
I think I was a very good breakfast
4.1
beachfront
rooms are outdated
4.1
location and the kindness of the staff
adding money for a Charity without asking so that I had to have take it out of the bill
clunky fridge waking you up in the middle of the night
crass attempt to sell properties/ timeshare-like at sister property, Sunset Beach. unclear messages, sounded shady
