Location absolutely amazing right in the centre of harbor

The view from our balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed our massages at the spa and time by the pool!
After our stay, we were later charged for the water bottles that were in our room fridge and we thought those were complimentary. It would have been good to know ahead that those were extra. We were not happy that we paid $3 per bottle as that adds up quickly.

The location was nice. The pool was nice.
I was not able to sleep at all. Being on the first floor I could hear when people pass by that was slightly speaking loud. Also, it feels like the room had bedbugs bite in my feet all night long there was splatters on the white sheets, indicating blood or was not clean properly after inspecting the sheets.

location is great
we didn’t like having to make reservations for dinner by 5pm each night
4.0 / 5.0
The decor traditional to the location, walking distance to beaches, shops & restaurants.
Trying to impose an additional cleaning cost which at the end was resolved.

the staff was very nice and helpful
I didn’t like that for the all-inclusive plan you had to make dinner reservations. Also I wish they allowed to eat poolside when eating lunch you have to eat at the tables.

I am not agregó the coffee envelope is not a courtesy. Pay for that???? The hotel is nice and comfortable

Location and that's about it.
The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk with.
I cant say the same for the front counter check in staff.
If you don't go all inclusive to the Marina Fiesta expect to be Nickle and dimed. They will charge you 5 us dollars to clean your room. they will charge you for bottled water and coffee in your room. If you don't go all inclusive, when you arrive they will try and gat you to sign up for a time share. They offer you a free breakfast and money off an excursion if you partake in the timeshare conference. If you don't go all inclusive you definitely will feel like a second class customer to the hotel. If you were to go all inclusive I'd choose many other locations along the beach such as there sister hotel. There only so many times you can walk the boardwalk. The beaches are beautiful and you cam walk for miles

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great as had everything you needed and they were able to give us a kettle on request. Bathroom was nice and big. There was great security at the front and back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the marina and nice cocktails at the pool. Close walking distance to marina for tours, restaurants and shops (ie large grocery store)to buy food. Bit more of a walk to El Medano beach - flat walk along the marina).
Beds are a little high off the ground. This place was a little quiet for my teenage kids - not sure if this was due to the time of year or this particular location. Obviously this is ok if you like quiet.

The location was fantastic for being able to walk around Cabo, with a grocery store next door. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and hardworking-top notch. It was very nice to have kitchenware, a stovetop, sink and microwave. The entire hotel felt very secure. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. Our room was quite clean, as was the entire place. We liked the 6 foot pool, as one could actually swim in it, as opposed to just walking around in it, along with the different pools and hot tubs, esp the large rooftop hot tub overlooking all the action in the marina. The deck off of our room was nice to lounge on.
We were placed in a more dated room-we discovered this later in our stay. Other rooms are nicer. For a Pacific NW'er, the coffee situation was aggravating-little packets that would be "charged to the room" for an unspecified price were provided for a one cup coffee maker, with filters too large for the coffee maker. A small cup of coffee down at the buffet, out of a machine, cost about 4.50. I've never seen a place charge for in room coffee packets, or make it so it's challenging to make a simple morning coffee.
Not that it's the resort's fault, but there were very few kids of any age there when we were, which was somewhat disappointing to our kids. We don't know why, as it's a great resort for kids. There were mostly people in their 60's and 70's, many of whom seemed to drink alcohol literally all day, and who "reserved" all the poolside lounge chairs even if not using them-one couple used 4 towels to "reserve" 2 lounge chairs at BOTH pools at the same time.
Despite the few drawbacks, our teen kids said they really liked the location, amenities and staff enough to return here at some point. We would request a more updated room, and I'd bring my own coffee making supplies. With the room we were assigned, I would label this resort as "3 star", but the location can't be beat for being able to walk out of the gates into town, if that's what one is looking for, which we were.

The location was great if you want to stay right on the Marina. The spa was new and beautiful.
The rooms are outdated but clean.

I love the location to the downtown area, stores, marina and beach. This view of the yachts from my hotel room, truly made this a wonderful stay. The pool and jacuzzi was super clean and relaxing. My daughter and I loved the spa massage and facials, it was a 5-star experience.
The water was not coming out of the faucet in the morning, so I had to use the water from the fridge to brush my teeth and they wanted to charge me for the that. Eventually they took it off the bill.

I liked the location . It was close to beach and the party scene.
The room could have been updated. The room was giving a cold feeling.

Everything is walking distance. All inclusive gave me access to many restaurants that were outside from resort. Covid testing was done in the resort which only took one hour for results. Over all , I would not go anywhere else.
I have nothing negative To say about the staff!
