Good room size outrageously terrible concierge and staff.

Good location, cleaning staff are good and respond well to tips.

Terrible conceirge, no bell boy, rang up for room service and extra towels maybe 20 times no answer at any time of the day (9am, 10am, 1pm, 9pm etc)

Die Lage des hotels ist super. Das Frühstück war gut. Beim einchecken wurden wir darauf hingewiesen wenn wir gereinigt haben möchten sollen wir uns an der Rezeption melden.

Kellner im Restaurant waren nicht gerade bemüht… wollte mein Restessen ( zu üppig) einpacken lassen und es mitnehmen. Kellner : solle mir das Teller mit aufs Zimmer nehmen…… kann man machen , war mir dann aber zu blöd und lies das essen stehen. Schade drum.

Decent value for Vienna but do not expect a 4 star experience.

Breakfast was good.

Understaffed reception - very long wait for check-in. Disappointing room - small, uncomfortable single beds. No view from window covered up by metal sunscreen. Only 3 elevators in the building. No reastaurant open except for breakfast. Far away from downtown and nothing around exccept the Schonbrunn palace.

Die Lage vom Hotel

Sind jetzt schon oft in diesem Hotel gewesen. Mit Doubletree ist es der 3te Besitzer vom Hotel. Es sind Nuancen aber der persönliche Trend geht Richtung negativ. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist bei vielen Anreisen überfordert aber Freundlich. Die Bar schließt gegen 22.30 Uhr. Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber im Hinblick auf die vorigen Besitzer des Hotels eindeutig schlechter und eintöniger. Viel Personal was angelernt wird. In Summe: es ist nicht mehr unsere Nr 1 vom Stadthitel in Wien. Schade

Alles in allem sehr angehnem, meine Partnerin war auch sehr zufrieden.

Na fangen wir am Morgen an d.h. das Frühstücksbuffet, sehr umfangreich und für jede Geschmacksrichtung ausreichend. Hervorheben möchte ich noch Ihren Haustechniker der schnell zur Stelle war und ein Elektro Problem innert kürzester Zeit behoben hat. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut, der Park vor dem Haus, die Nähe zum Tech. Museum, Schönbrunn, Tram Station mit der kurzen Verbindung zum West Bahnhof einfach ideal, darum habe ich auch das Hotel zum zweitenmal gewählt.

In der Bar gab es leider kein alkoholfreies Weizenbier was bei Westösterreicher und Deutschen Bürger eigentlich beliebt ist. Man muß ja nicht gleich einen Jahresvorrat lagern aber ein paar Flaschen im Hintergrund wären doch was.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Bar wurde nach Konzertbesuch aufgrund von inkompetenten Personal geschlossen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Lifte waren defekt. Frühstück war eine Frechheit...es gab nicht einmal Semmeln. Nur Toastbrot und harte Kornspitz. Auch kein entsprechendes Geschirr für Milch oder Marmelade war vorhanden. Für 4 Sterne eine Frechheit.

Zimmer war um 15.00 Uhr nicht fertig. Im Zimmer war es wie in einer Sauna. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden.

Alles in allem empfehlenswert

Die Lage ist super..direkt am Park, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, Schloss Schönbrunn 5 Minuten Gehzeit! Die Zimmer sind groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Freundliches Personal

Frühstück kostet €22,- p.P., da darf darf man sich schon was erwarten… ich würde es allerdings als durchschnittlich bewerten… es gab nicht mal Marmelade, von Lachs oder ähnlichem ganz zu schweigen. Auf der Terrasse waren am Morgen die Tische schmutzig und die Aschenbecher vom Vortag nicht geleert. Das muss bei einem sonst sehr sauberen Hotel nicht sein!

Až na parkování super. Jídlo skvělé, parsonál milý a ochotný. Postele mají skvěle tvrdé matrace.

Hotel nemá své vlastní parkovací místa, ačkoliv je přímo pod hotelem. Má pouze dočasné na 30 min. a pak musíte pryč. Na tak veliký hotel je to neuvěřitelné. Bohužel parkování pod hotelem je pouze na nějakou městskou kartu, kterou nově příchozí nemá. Personál hotelu o volných kapacitách nemá žádný přehled a vzhledem k tomu, že parkování na ulici mimo víkendy je pod pokutou 500Euro, tak to není moc veliká zábava a ohromně to kazí dojem a komfort z ubytování.

Es war ein Feiertagswochenende trotzdem war das Frühstück dem Hotel nicht würdig. Tische beladen mit schmutzigem Geschirr, eine Person die Geräuschvoll Tische abräumt (Geschirr landet auf einem Metallwagen - passt eher in eine Jugendherberge), Personal im Frühstücksbereich super angespannt, wenig zuvorkommend

A great Hotel to relax very close to Schloss Schönbrunn

Friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of varieties to choose from. Everything was clean and as expected at this price. I liked the self service facility near the reception from which you can buy stuff like toothpaste. The sun shading system gives the hotel a nice touch to the general atmosphere.

The room soundproofing could've been better considering the amount of traffic passing in front of our windows during the night. Also, there were too few sockets in the room and none near the bedside.

Hotel ok aber ohne Barzahlung wird es keine weitere Buchung mehr geben.

Das Hotel war ok nichts außergewöhnliches.

Mann konnte telefonisch zu keiner Tageszeit jemand erreichen. Ich hatte einige Fragen vor Anreise. Auch per Mail nur unzureichend Antworten. Der absolute Enttäuschung Man konnte weder in Bar noch mit EC Karte bezahlen nur Kreditkarte war möglich für ein 4 Sternehotel sehr schwach. Bei der nächsten Buchung werden wir nur Hotels buchen die auch Bargeld akzeptieren.

Polecamy ten hotel gorąco! Lokalizacja fantastyczna, hotel jest praktycznie w parku. 5 min. spacerem do pałacu Schönbrunn, a 15 min. spacerem przez piękny pałacowy park do Zoo. Świetnie skomunikowany - stacje metra nr 3 i 4 oddalone wolnym spacerem o 15 min od hotelu. Przemiły i pomocny personel :) Pod hotelem jest bardzo wygodny parking, a jeśli się zapłaci w recepcji, jest zniżka. Poza tym, jeśli się zrezygnuje ze sprzątania pokoju, dostaje się voucher na napoje w barze (przy czym jeśli potrzebne są świeże ręczniki, można o nie poprosić w recepcji). Nasz pokój był od strony Muzeum Techniki, więc przy otwartym oknie było cicho. Sam pokój był świetnie wyciszony, był przestronny i bardzo wygodny (mieliśmy pokój podstawowy z dwoma łóżkami), z dużą łazienką. Na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu :)

At around 1am I was woken up by a phone call. It was the room phone. When I wanted to answer it, it had already stopped ringing. About 10 minutes later the receptionist knocked on my door. I was completely confused. It was a mistake on the part of the hotel. Unfortunately I never received an official apology, especially since I came here because I chose the hotel for a restful night.

Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli mahtava, jopa liiankin ylenpalttinen. Huoneet ja koko hotelli erinomaisen siistit. Sijainti aivan Schönnbrunnin palatsin vieressä, ja ratikkapysäkki heti hotellin edessä.

Olisi ollut kiva, jos hotellilla olisi ollut ravintola, eikä pelkkä baari. Jotain snackseja sai ostettua, mutta illallismahdollisuutta tai edes pientä iltapalaa jäimme kaipaamaan.

Személyzet kimondottan segítőkész, elrontottuk a foglalást, de a helyszínen mindent pillanatok alatt megoldottak felár nélkül! Üdvözlő süti nagyon finom volt, óriási és kényelmes ágy volt a szobában és tetszett, hogy csak 1, színtén óriási takaró volt.

A napfényvédő redőny nem működött, óriási pókháló volt a wc felett a sarokban, az ágyban porcicák voltak, de alapvetően tisztának tűnt.

The building of the hotel is noisy, bring earplugs!

The breakfast was very good. The rooms are spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. I asked for slippers and the staff gave them to us in short time.

The room had a temperature of 10 degrees C when we first arrived, at midnight. The ventilation system and the electrical grid were noisy. The ventilation system in the bathroom can't be turned off in individual rooms, I've been told by the staff that it will be turned off at a random hour after they consider that the showers will not be used (it could be midnight or morning). The electrical noise in the room was stopped when I removed the access card from the power slot, but we were not able to recharge our devices. Not enough pillows.

Professionelles Personal aber von der Ausstattung sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten.

Personal und Service waren sehr gut.

Ich wollte ein Frühstück dazu buchen und wurde dann an booking verwiesen. Dort sollte ich mich dann wieder beim Hotel melden. Naja ging jetzt auch ohne Frühstück.

I’am a modest person, so in my standards this hotel was great place to stay.

Well, only think that disturb me just a little bit was the room personnel, that bang the doors early in the morning. They probably have a reason to do so, but……that was the only and very minor negative thing.

Van még hova fejlődniük.

Elfogadható volt, bár az utolsó napunkon a tojás nem volt megsütve. Nem voltak időben feltöltve a kifogyott italok, tányér se volt. A 21.században, egy Hiltonhoz kapcsolodó szállodában azt gondolom, hogy érdemes lenne már azokra is külön figyelmet fordítani, akik gluténmentesen táplalkoznak, vagy valamilyen ètelintolleranciájuk van.

Megdöbbenve tapasztaltam, hogy amikor megérkeztünk a szállodába, csak bankkártyàval engedèlyezték a szállás kifizetéset. A recepciós hölgy egyáltalán nem volt segítőkész! Ráadasul erről sehol nem tájékoztattak elözetesen, hogy csak bankkártyával lehet fizetni. Aztán érdekes módon a pakolas összegét távozásnál már kilehetett fizetni kézpénzben egy másik kollégánál.

Liked the room and hotel, but upgrade was a failure.

The hotel and room ambience was extremely nice and cozy. We almost felt like we are at our own home.

Hilton offered an upgrade with Balcony and Schönbrunn palace view. That was not the case. We got a balcony which lookd into the inner courtyard of the hotel. That was not nice.

Krásné pokoje, moderní hotel, pěkné prostředí kolem hotelu, pohodlné postele

Snídaně - velmi chutné džusy, káva. Jídlo také chutné, ale řekla bych, že tam byl takový ten základ a nevšimla jsem si třeba, že by tam byla zelenina…

Jednoznačně parkování. Pod hotelem jsou veřejné placené garáže a na místo se čeká dlouho.
