Incredible location and view over the water.
Staff were extremely inflexible and difficult to deal with regarding check in times and processes. Unfortunately the whole experience had a very “commercial” feel - we were provided with the bare minimum that would be acceptable without providing anything comfortable, luxurious or special. For example, “provision of basic supplies” was one sachet of coffee, and the promise to leave boiled water was hardly enough for one day. There really does need to be more facilities for the kitchen and bbq, as well as a fan / air con for the bedroom (which for extremely hot). There was also a significant amount of mould on the bathroom ceiling.

The beds super comfy.
everything worked perfectly.
the metal ramp/ decking caused a fair amount of glare (we have sensitive eyes)
do not even a big deal to most.

location
very small TV that only received two channels & no music options. Fridge was a very small unit like one finds in a camper - no light, no freezer, only room for an ice tray - not practical for a stay with cooking facilities for multiple nights. Kitchen dishware was minimal - three plates, three saucers, four glasses, three teaspoons & no dish drainer to use for washing them, so this meant washing & drying after each use so there was some dishes to use for the next meal. Also, this is really a duplex situation, not a stand alone beach house so the quality of the stay is largely dependent on how considerate the guests in the other side of the wall are- we had both good neighbors & bad ones during our three nights, so this can really impact the overall comfort of the place. There is certainly room for improvement & upgrades as mentioned to justify the nightly cost which as is, is not a good value compared to other places we stayed and the amenities that were offered.

Great location, cute charm.
So many cobwebs in the rectangular windows inside. You can’t say you’re luxurious when your mould is evident in bathrooms and there are webs in all windows up top. Walls are paper thin! Sounded like neighbours were moving furniture around and thanks for the 7am wake up call after our flight and 3hr drive! Also mentioned a bbq, so we brought provisions and there was no bbq!

Didn’t realise it’s attached to other property. Noisy and cooking smells from the other property.

Communication was clear on location and finding the keys/ lockbox. Location was fantastic, the view was amazing, all round it was an absolutely beautiful spot, lovely house. We done the wineglass bay cruise on the Saturday then came back to the house and celebrated our first night being engaged, so overall our weekend was spectacular. Only downfall our place just wasn’t cleaned well unfortunately.
Lack of towels & face washers. Especially for a 2 night stay. Way to many cob webs inside the house amongst all windows and outdoor seating area, we seen to many spiders for our liking ! Illicit drugs next to the toilet, pot. The bathroom floor was quite dirty unfortunately ! Milk supply was very short. For what we payed these things could of been a lot better.

Location and view were nice
Very basic for $400 a night for one room. At that price point, Usually you’d get things like fresh bread, eggs, cheese, wine, spa, netflix, speaker, bathroom products etc etc. None of that here. Even had to pay extra to get a beach towel, which is a bit rude noting the price of accommodation. Perhaps Freycinet is just very expensive, but we got much better value throughout Tasmania (particularly Bruny) - and pretty much the rest of the world.

Nice views, clean & tidy.
The deck is not very user friendly, the tread plate flooring on the deck makes it extremely cold and non-inviting of an afternoon with the side wooden slats offering zero protection from the setting sun.
Very basic small Tv - in dire need of an upgrade. Hard bed. A few things really noted to be based on budget. Also found very disappointed that the has soap had been watered down!!
