The villa and place was absolutely gorgeous, nothing to complain in that regard! Unfortunately we haven't used the amazing pool due to constant rainfall for like 4 days. The staff were helpful but had difficulties with understanding us when we had requests
The roofs were leaking pretty bad because of the rainfall. I totally understand that nobody can control weather conditions, but the roofs should be better maintained in order to make sure that the bedrooms stay dry. Because of the leakages, me and one of my friends slipped pretty bad which put me into bed for 1 whole day where I had to get a doctor because I couldn't walk and move without a lot of pain. We complained about the leakage but they said: yes yes, lot of rain. I afterwards contacted Booking.com and they requested a partial refund which they declined because they said they haven't received complaints - which is not true. I bet this is a wonderful stay when there's no rain, but this caused slippery floors which occurred in physical injury.

We booked here for the Ubud location so at least we were in the area
We're pretty easy going but found the place old and grubby, the lighting terrible so you couldn't read a book past dusk, we had to repeatedly ask for towels, loo paper, and bottled water, our cutlery was left dirty in the sink until we needed it for breakfast the next morning and then it was quickly rinsed and dried with a paper towel, the food wasn't great either... the first night's dinner (burger) gave me food poisoning. While the King beds were hard but ok, the Temple next door practices their Barong music until 9:30pm which wasn't too bad, but the village is just over the fence and was LOUD - kids screaming around, dogs constantly barking, people playing loud music and talking loudly from early until late at night... and being Ubud there is no end to the mosquitos and other bugs. Overall quite disappointing considering the charges

Beautiful villa very private and stunning pool.
Was all ok.

Area and villa was quiet, close to excellent coffee shop and supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was immaculate & in a lovely garden setting. Bathroom was nice .. loved the outdoor shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable with linen changed alternate days. Wi fi was very good
Not a lot of dinner alternatives or ATM’s within walking distance. A small lounge & a desk would have been very useful.
Approx 1/2 hour from the centre of Ubud by car(longer in peak times) no problem if you have your own transport. A rack for hanging beach towels on outside or even a hook somewhere would be great.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help when needed. They are always interested in what your plans are for the day and continuously asking is there anything they can do to make our stay comfortable.
The room were out of date and needed some tender loving care to bring them up to standard. They need to sort out the cat problem and the walkway is prone to flooding.

The pool, the common areas and the beds were good
It wasn't that clean, the bathrooms weren't as nice as on the pictures. The kitchen was dirty. The moscito net around the bed was full of brown stains.
The doors and windows couldn't close properly.
At first we were given a warm welcome but the night shift was rude and a bit aggressive when we asked for another bedsheet and told us that there wasn't anything left because the place was fully booked, so we only got a dirty fleece blanket and no cover for it. Roomservice was slow.
And no foodoptions if you are a vegetarian.
