Pelo preço achei que o all inclusive fosse melhor, pouca variedade no almoço, comidas repetidas todos os dias, só tem 1 restaurante para o café da manhã e 1 para almoço, e todos os dias as mesmas coisas e poucas opções, pelo valor cobrado deveria ser muito melhor

This resort has everything! The staff, our beach view room, the restaurants , the cocktails, the pools, all amazing. We loved watching the baby turtles hatching in the conservation corral.

pool set up is nice and leaves lots of space and areas for folks to either unwind, be by the swim up bar, or be in the kids area with their families.
nightly entertainment was fine. Everything ends really early which is fine if you're looking for a resort where you're in the sun all day long and just wanna relax after dinner.
Sun saluation yoga was cool.
Rooms are modern and nice. Spacious with great balcony.
This hotel needs a lot of work.
Here are the negatives. Make sure you do not have an adjoining room. We were in the ocean view king room with large balcony and we slept HORRIBLY everyday. Usually adjoining rooms have two doors between you and the next room. Not the case here. One door with locks on each side. So every freaking night, our neighbors would try and jiggle the handle and unlock their side. Not sure how drunk they were, from the sounds of it, extremely... So being woken about nightly to what sounds like someone trying to break in sucked. You can literally see the lights in the next room through the door crack. So people having parties or coming back from the club at 3am... SUCKED.
Food is subpar here. You'd hope for some kind of daily change.. Not the case. Breakfast and lunch almost always the same at the only buffet you can have those meals in. The pool side lunch, same burgers, hot dogs, nachos and pizza everyday. They'd have some kind of Mexican hot dish but again, always similar. Dinner at the reservation only restaurants was their only saving grace and they probably only seemed good bc the two meals before those everyday sucked.
The ladies who run the crepe and breakfast quesadilla stands need new jobs. They are the most inhospitable workers you'd ever see. Either work something where you aren't dealing with guest, maybe housekeeping or anything else. But to always look like you have an attitude to do your job.... Hmmm yeah. The crepe lady would never be there, they'd have to call her from the back to come out. And if she did emerge, would try to take a break and run off when there was a long line...
Weekly caricature person was talented but ABSOLUTELY no regard for guests time. Never once was anyone told he would only be there for an hour. Maybe tell the long line of people there would be no way of getting to them and sending them on their way, rather than have them standing there the entire time. We were the third in line.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the heart of the hotel zone in Cancun but felt very far removed. The facilities are all VERY new feeling and well put together. The room we had was GORG, super nice! So big, high ceilings and felt very special and luxurious. The fitness center and spa felt brand new, the kids' splash zone was great.... really a solid all around experience. We also went through one of the biggest hurricanes to hit the region, Hurricane Beryl. The staff worked SO HARD and all with a smile. There was a ton of hustle at every single station- these people clearly value their jobs and take pride in them. They kept us all safe by taking every single precaution possible. Then, the storm wasn't even fully passed and they started preparing everything so that we could all enjoy the facilities the moment the storm fully passed. A+ experience with the staff. Wonderful people.
The check-in experience took a very long time. It felt like a staffing issue because the reception was fully staffed at other times but on a Monday at 630pm I think we may have caught them by surprise. Still, however, a lot of these all-inclusive resorts make you sit there for 20 minutes while they slowly explain to you the basics that you can read in a video and do what feels like all of the paperwork in front of you while your kids are starving and excited to get checked in.
The other thing to mention, if you're reading this Hilton managerial staff, is that the photos of this property are nowhere near adequate to depict the actual space and experience you have to offer people. They seem like airport Hilton quality when they should be vacation of a lifetime quality. Invest in a great photographer or really work on getting some awesome realistic photos of the place so everyone can see how awesome it is. I wasn't that excited before getting there, to be honest. The pictures made it feel sterile and not very special. But, in reality, it was a great hotel that exceeded all of our expectations.

The suite with a king and 2 Murphy beds was very nice. It was well furnished and clean.
We also enjoyed the games room particularly table tennis.
It was difficult booking dinner at the restaurants. You had to book 48 hours in advance unless you wouldn’t get any seat. The drinks at the buffet (especially the juices) were of poor quality. They were typically just sugar, coloring and flavoring. No real juice.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Due to the bad weather (which I know can’t be helped) all entertainment was in the lobby area so was loud if you were looking for a more relaxing evening.

Me gustó mucho la comida, tuve la oportunidad de visitar todos los restaurantes del hotel y todos en general fueron excelentes desde la atención hasta la comida, el hotel es muy bonito, su playa es un lugar muy relajante.
No me gusta mucho que cierren la playa a las 6 pm aprox ya que si entiendo que ya no debe meterse nadie al mar por peligro, pero estaria bien que dejaran estar a orilla de la playa en los camastros hasta mas tarde, también poder cenar a orilla del mar.

La comida, el agua que te dan, los cócteles pésimos, los mini bares no te surten, hay personal grosero, te cobran cosas extra, cuando hay otros hoteles con mejor precio y te incluyen todo de calidad, los meseros de los bares ni se acercaban, la animación pésima, la cafetería muy escasa, no había helado o productos de calidad, les hace falta mejorar mucho la calidad de sus concentrados, les falta variedad en su buffet, no volveríamos.

I loved the welcome and continuous help by the staff. The rooms were beautifully cleaned everyday. Our daughter loved the kids club.
The pool facilities were great too.
Some of the restaurants didn’t offer the best quality food. The Mexican, steak house and Italian were disappointing. I’ve tasted better for each of the above in different restaurants.

The room size was great! The room was cleaned every day to such a great level. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in every aspect. We were able to book the majority of our excursions through the hotel and they gave us all the relevant information needed to enjoy our trip. The food was great, especially the breakfast. A big shout out to the people who cooked the eggs. Pool bar food was also great, and drinks at the hotel continued flowing. Definitely recommend.

A little too much hard sell to upgrade to the next level of accommodation, but friendly.
i liked all the spaces that had been created in the limited space available, I felt that a little more emphasis could be pointed towards the beach.
I did not like the lack of good air conditioning in our room, and another guest also mentioned this in passing.

Location
It took a long time at the reception until check-in was done. Although I told the lady at the reception that I paid 1550 US dollars for three nights through Booking.com, she once again stopped the same amount from my card. I recovered the money only a week after I returned to the country.

Comida , personal de Beach BUNCH (Sofia,Mary, Andy) El chef Sergio del restaurante Luce. Algo que me dejo contento fue , hacer check in y asignación inmediata del cuarto y de 10 que nos facilitaron habitación después del check out( nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde y logramos bañarnos )

Room was very spacious with an ocean view balcony.
Only negative was the restaurant reservation system. It was hard to make any kind of dinner reservation online, and we had to go to each restaurant in perdon to make a reservation.

As instalações do hotel são magníficas. As roupas de cama, quarto e restaurantes são ótimos. A variedade do cardápio principalmente no restaurante Vela é para se exaltar e sem falar do ótimo atendimento do Bartolo, garçom deste restaurante, ele é de mais !!!!
A reposição de itens e limpeza nos quartos deixaram em alguns momentos a desejar mas nada que invalide a estadia. Creio que pelo fato de ser um resort enorme All inclusive, os funcionários ficam muito sobrecarregados e em alguns momentos notei um certo “estresse” e grosseria por parte deles.

The whole place was nice and had ample areas for sunbathing, lounging and swimming. They have an adult only area which is a bonus if you want some time away from children. Bus stop to explore was directly outside the hotel on the main road. Five minute walk from the hotel lobby. The hotel has a coffee shop which was one of our favourite places to visit.
The room service was shocking in the sense for the first ten days they missed our room every single day and had to get reception to arrange for them to come back after we returned to our room after a day out. This was also the same for the bar refill in the room. On days they were actually on our floor but skipped our room, it got beyond a joke in the end and tiring when you then have to wait for your room to be changed and for fresh towels.

La playa, la ubicación y la comidas saben muy bien
Podria enumerar 10 o más pero tratare de ser breve:
Tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos en recepción para poder hacer el check in, había 9 familias o más en la misma situacion. Cuando fue el check in no recibimos la hospitalidad ni la amabilidad que hubieramos querido no nos explicaron cuantos restaurantes tiene el hotel, como habia que reservar para la cena, la ubicacion de los restaurantes, cero informacion.
Al llegar al restaurante Flama Steak a la hora de nuestra reservacion tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que nos pasaran a una mesa y 39 minutos mas para empezar a comer.
Ese mismo día en las televisiones del lobby pasaron la final del futbol mexicano que algunos huespedes estabamos viendo y al medio tiempo se instaló un Dj con musica a todo volumen haciendo que el segundo tiempo mejor lo fueramos a ver a otro lado.
El personal hace distinciones entre mexicanos y extranjeros, para poder ofrecer un servicio.
Mala calidad del internet nunca llegó el Wifi a la. Habitacion.
Se les marcó en un par de ocasiones para que rellenaran el refrigerador con agua y refrescos y nunca fueron.
Y asi podria enumerar mas malas experiencias, no vale la relacion calidad, precio, no volvería. .

Absolutely nothing was good.
Don’t get fooled by the “Excellent” reviews on Booking. The hotel isn’t excellent, it is actually BAD. The property is ugly, doesn’t look new despite the fact it is fairly new (2021). The rooms are ok- VERY basic and narrow. Also, rooms get very noisy at night. The pools are cold, but the kids little water park is freezing!!! Also, in the kids pool area, there is a huge bucket that fills up with water, and then it dumps all the water from high above into the pool on the kids, how is this safe for little ones? It looks dangerous and painful, no wonder why it was empty all the time. The food is bad, just like all inclusive basic fast food with low grade ingredients and products overall. Alcohol is basic and simple, no special liquor. Pool chair are cheap, towels are cheap and thin. The pool is not on the first line of the beach, it is in the middle pf the property, so that was disappointing. In order to get to the beach you have to take stairs or elevator. We even met another couple who stayed at the hotel and complained how bad it is, they were upset like us.
The service is nonexistent. No one cares, we looked for a sun-bed for 30 min, no assistance from staff. Check in receptionist super cold, short and rude. They also limit you to book your restaurant reservations until 5pm not a minute after. Not worth your money, time and effort. Horrible experience, never return.

The rooms are very good and comfortable. Great pool.
You have to wake early to save your spot in the pool area. The staff is awful. They are rough, serve badly. The service in the restaurants are terrible. You have to beg to get your food, which is not so good. I’ve been to this hotel before and it was so much better. Hilton destroyed it! And be ready for staying in line!!
