Me gustó todo la atención de los trabajadores la limpieza la amabilidad, etc. El chico de recepción que está por la noche es un encanto de persona me trató super bien las dos veces que he ido fue super amable fui en 2023 y este año también fui y la verdad que el trato de esas personas fue excelente.

Es que está un poco lejos de la plaza. Pero los lo demás le doy un 10

Good for a night or two

Room on the 6th floor with great view of Marrakech and down to the pool; nice pool, friendly staff

Breakfast very basic, not many choices, the shower did not work well, only little water pressure

Great hotel close enough to most touristy things

The hotel is a bargain. It is clean, provides all the necessities in the room, staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to the main attractions to walk ( approx 45 mins) which was great in the evening when popping out to find somewhere to eat, but not too close that you can’t get away from the hustle and bustle of tourists etc

There are 2 reception areas, we didn’t know we were at the back of the hotel, which is locked at about 11pm, therefore we had to go around to the main entrance, just would have been nice to know before late at night. The rear of the hotel is close to a bar which was noisy in the early hours

J'ai particulièrement apprécié le personnel qui est super accueillant et gentil. On m'a aidé et accompagné pour déposer mes bagages dans ma chambre. Je les remercie :) La chambre est très confortable.

Le robinet de la chambre est dur à ouvrir (je pensais qu'il ne fonctionnait pas). Le petit déjeuner est également très modeste.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander

Le service de réception, nettoyage. Les équipements de l'hôtel. La localisation (facile de se garer à proximité, médina accessible à pied)

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pourrait être amélioré (fruits, fromage, etc.)

‘Twas fine only that they have to improve their facilities. The lift didn’t work for 24 hours.

I think the break fast is ok but they need to add more for international cuisines. It’s the same food every day

Closing time of the swimming pool, they should adjust it till 10 pm specifically during summer time.

ok if looking for nothing more than a bed for the night

there was air-conditioner in the room

bed side lights did not work, toilet pipe dripped & bathroom walls & taps were dirty. i booked a hamman and 1 hour massage. very unprofessional. woman looking after me for the hamman spent more time outside the door talking on her mobile. then i received a 30 minute massage instead of 1 hour and she tried to charge me for full hour.

Very well located

The location. Have everything around, and very easy to take a taxi to go everywhere from there. I go walking to the medina from there and it’s a nice way. The staff was also very nice.

The pillows are really tough. And the bathrooms need some renovation

Don't ruin your vacation

Since I arrived I had a bad experience. While waiting for my room, I saw from the balcony of the bar that the swimming pool is under construction, which was not written on booking that will take place, and also the receptionist didn't mentioned anything, until I spoke with the majordom and he showed me a sign on the wall written in french, not even in a 2nd language. When I received the room, the room was not at all as the one I booked, the air conditioning not functional. One day I asked the receptionist to order me a taxi as I wanted to go in the town for lunch, and he send me on the street, on the right hand side where I can stop one, and cannot explain how bad the experience was, and luckily a man that was selling cigarettes on the street helped me to get a taxi. Nobody showed me around the hotel, I had to figure it out where the breakfast will take place, and the breakfast is not what is written on the site that they will offer. As I am travelling alone the most of the time, at this hotel is the very first time when I feel mistreated, and I understand that is a different culture, but the differences in a touristic resort shouldn't exist.At the end when I did the check out , the same receptionist don't even said something, to ask if I am happy with my stay, or to say a good bye, like usually happens everywhere. The night bodyguard of the hotel when I returned in the morning from the town, I thought he was just polite when he tried to assist me till my room, but having another intentions actually, and I was shocked. The hotel is beautiful in style, but everything else, not worthy the stay at, is gonna ruin your vacation.
