The price is excellent and in a nice little area of Bristo, with tonnes of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Despite all this its quiet. The bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower excellent and room was clean and tidy. Lady at reception was an absolute superstar and helped me with parking and where to eat. This place isn't the Hilton but then you aren't paying Hilton prices. Free breakfast also a lovely touch.
Nothing really. Everything about the place met my expectations.

Amazing selection of yoghurts, pastries , fruit & cereal, not forgetting hot drinks🌻No
Light in 'to share toilet!' But then again, it could have just happened!

The location
We booked and paid for a Deluxe room , there was nothing deluxe about it , the photos on your site show the room to have a sofa this room did not so there was nowhere for both of us to to sit apart from the bed. There was only a bath towel each and no hand towels. Every floor board in the room creaked and groaned when stood on. The carpet in the room was badly stained as were many others in the hall ways and stairs. In the grab and go breakfast room we went use the microwave but it was so disgustingly filthy inside we did not . The room was not serviced while we were there. Outside on the wall the Hotel has a sign that says it has a Bar and a Restaurant , this is very misleading in fact it is an outright lie as it does not have either.

Great location and friendly staff on reception.
It’s very dated, very noisy and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

Location
The floors were quite dirty. The breakfast was a grab and go snack bag, which Is definitely not worth the extra upgrade??

I booked the room at a very good price and it was cheap to connect from temple meads station with a very short walk both entering and leaving hotel. Staff member was very helpful checking me in.
Got the top floor which was difficult as I was lugging my case up. The floors and room doors were creaky and I felt bad for other people staying as I was an 11pm check in and I made a bit of racket.

Helpful woman receptionist.
Ouch, where do I begin. I basically only booked this spot because it states there's parking available when booking but in reality there's none. Theres like 2 spots hotel has on the street that are always taken.
Hotel does not look as nice as in the pictures. It feels like going couple decades back, needs to be refitted asap.
Breakfast is just a bag with some bars and yoghurt you bring it to your room, nowhere to sit down for a proper meal breakfast. It would've been fine i guess for not more than half of what I paid only.

The receptionist was a lady who was fantastic, full of energy and super helpful.
The toilet did not flush, the window howled but I managed to wedge some paper in the frame, and the view of the bins in the alley was not present.
3.5
The bed was comfortable, and the towels and bedding were of good quality . The one member of staff we met was very helpful and pleasant . The hotel's location was good.
I'm not sure ours was the deluxe double we paid for as it was a small attic room. There were also over 40 steep stairs to climb to reach the room... not so great when you're almost 70! We found a used towel behind the bathroom door and 2 pots of yoghurt in a drawer, presumably from someone's 'breakfast bag". The complimentary breakfast was eaten in our room as there is nowhere else to eat it. The general appearance of the carpets and furniture was tired and shabby, but I understand there is a programme of improvement scheduled in the near future.

Good location
It’s a bit rubbish all round. For over £100 you get nothing. A bad bed in a tiny room. Breakfast is awful. It was never going to be nice for the price but it really is quite bad. It’s inoffensive but do try to stay elsewhere

easy access. nice and quiet.

Great location, I like that the breakfast is provided and it's very no fuss and can be picked up at 6am (important if you're on work travel!) Everything was working in the room. I like having a private room that doesn't cost a fortune.
The walls are unfortunately very thin so makes it difficult with noises at night - not anyone's particular fault but it's something to be aware of if booking this place. Ultimately it's a great room for budget travel, and they do that well - travellers should always manage their own expectations about what is good value. And the noise aside, this place is good value.

Basic but clean.
Toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

advertised as with parking but this was an extra and when we arrived none of the spaces were available

The location was convenient, parking an issue, but I did find something. The staff were both really helpful and friendly.
Carpet needs changing.

All was good.

Room very comfy, you get exactly what you'd expect from a hotel room. Staff were very helpful and kind.
Nothing comes to mind. I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again when I travel for work.

Very nice staff and good location. It's a city hotel so some level of noise is to be expected, however the pub in front of it shuts the outside area at 23:00 like it's supposed to be.
Small but nice breakfast area.
I asked on the booking.com reservation about the car park and didn't get a response, but I understand that those messages get lost between all the other comments, traces and alerts. However be mindful it's only 3-4 spots (on front of the hotel, kind of safe with CCTV) but on a first come first serve basis. Reception was kind enough to reserve a space for me on the second day. Lots of car parks around.
The room 334 was clean, but felt a bit empty, maybe a bigger desk or a reading corner would solve this. The mattress was big but not the comfiest I slept on. Thank you OYO Bristol

Decent price for a simple, well-located room in Clifton. Staff (the one person) was friendly and personable.
My room was a "deluxe" double. The Oxford English Dictionary defines "deluxe" as "luxurious or sumptuous; of a superior kind.". There's nothing deluxe about this room.
First of all, an absolutely disgusting carpet and generally a really poor standard of cleaning. I mean seriously this is not just the odd mark, I literally didn't want to walk on the carpet with my bare feet. Quite a number of reviewers had mentioned this and it's such an easy thing to fix with a professional cleaning firm that it's incomprehensible that you have not taken care of this. Surfaces were dusty, corners of the bathroom were dirty, there were hairs in the shower and mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was very poor. Described as a "continental breakfast", it consisted of a take-away bag of assorted fast-food breakfast items with only 3 seats available between all of the hotel guests, so really nowhere to eat if anyone else is around at breakfast time.
Finally, parking - you have three spaces - why not just make them available to be booked in advance?

Pleasant staff and quick easy breakfast bag... great idea.
Dated property and room. No facilities.

Location was good easy to walk to the city. Beds were comfortable if you like hard mattress
Bathroom was tiny and awkward to move in. Whole place needs to be redecorated and clean carpets. No lift so be prepared to carry luggage up flights of stairs
