Good hotel, close to Orchard Road; service is very profesionnal and well mannered. Room is spacious and bathroom is perfect.
Features are outdated, the hotel needs renovation... carpeted bedroom is not such a great idea, unless cleaning is thorough, which is not the case...
Breakfast uses too much of processed food and cheap cold cut products... It could be much better, especially for that category and price...

The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was beautiful.
Little things didn't work.... the room's phone battery buzzed all night keeping us awake. The air con unit leaked. The butler service was overwhelmed because there were 2 weddings that weekend. The off-menu cocktail I ordered at the bar (margarita) was made with premix, not real limes. The champagne ceremony on the stairs was an anti-climax because nobody could hear anything the guy was saying. We went out for breakfast because the restaurant queue was long. All of these things are preventable.

Comfortable, clean, orderly, and elegant rooms. Bathroom is elegant as well, and with a clean bath tub. Concierge service is very accommodating. Location is near shopping malls, restaurants.

Spacious and well designed room.
(i) While booking was made in April 2023 for 2 rooms from 20/8 to 28/8, these rooms were not ready when we arrived at 4pm at the hotel. Only one room was made available immediately and we had to wait for 2 hours to get the 2nd room. While waiting power went off in the 1st room and we had to wait for an incremental 1 hour to get electricity back (ii) Room Service team was not trained to deal with clients having allergies. They failed to ensure that our dietary requirements were met. (iii) We were expecting someone from management to come to us to provide some explanation when we had some issues.

Everything at St Regis was superb and excellent
I like everything

The fact that they block the accounts of the tourists and refuse to un block it after the payments. Inspite of repeated reminders .it is still pending

Everything! Clean rooms, courteous staff, just about everything. Good location and every tourist spot is easily accessible by taxi. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely be back.

Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Room service was a bit slow but at least the food was decent. Breakfast was great. The lady noodle chef was professional : efficient, great memory of each patron's requirements, and even where they sat. Raheen at the entrance was very helpful as always whenever we were waiting for cabs and on our last day boarding our car for airport, helping us with our luggage. Left his departing guests with a fond impression of staff hospitality.
In the room: The arrangement of the sofa and the huge coffee table was a bit awkward and blocking some good space. We had to hide our suitcases behind the sofa/curtains as there was no space.
Weird atmosphere in the lobby. Huge but seemed rather empty and had little character.
