Great view, excellent location and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was some misunderstanding with the allocation of the rooms but fortunately we contacted booking and they solved it with the hotel's administration free of charge.
The premises were old and in bad shape. Our towels were raggy and smelled like cigarettes, the wifi didn't work (only in the reception area and not well), the in-room telephone didn't work either (in our friends' room there was no telephone at all) and the bed sheets were not clean, also the heating in the rooms was so strong we had to keep the window open at all times 'cause it was not possible to regulate it.

The view from the breakfast room is spectacular but the breakfast itself is simple. No harm in that. Short walk to the central area. Right next to the lake.
There is a faint drains odour in the hotel but nothing drastic. The decor is of a time gone by. But I would happily stay at this hotel again.

View during breakfast to the lake was nice.
Very poor wifi, available only at lobby.
2.7
The staff were very nice, particularly the receptionist during the day and the girl during breakfast. The views over the lack were fabulous and the location is very central.
This was the most expensive place I stayed during my 3 weeks in Argentina, by some margin and I did not feel it was value for money. My bathroom was not clean, there's no Wi-Fi in the bedrooms and you had to ask for hot water.
