Booked a 4-night trip to celebrate my 40th birthday and I had guests ranging in age from 32-77 in my group. Everyone had a wonderful time, with activities to fit every age group! The guides were knowledgeable and fun, the staff on the boat helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience!

We loved everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The facilities were fantastic, we spent so much time in the pools on deck and just enjoying the view. The tours were all very well organised and the guides were great. They were very knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages and took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions.
The food (and cocktails) were incredible, not just the main breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the dining room but also the smaller buffets served up on deck in between. The wifi which they only just got worked perfectly the whole time which was great as I had to work a little bit. We loved our room and our balcony and spent a lot of time out there as there were no mosquitos at all!
There was also a nurse which was lucky for me because I actually got sick on one of the days but she treated me right away.
So if you're looking to enjoy a bit of luxury while exploring the Amazon, this is definitely the right choice.

The staff were extremely friendly. The excursion guides were wonderful. We had three different guides who spoke English and each brought a unique understanding of Amazônia. It could not have been a better trip!

THIS IS A CRUISE NOT A HOTEL BOAT!!!
I wish they would be more clear about his, took me a little while to confirm. This is a wonderful cruise on the Amazon (aka Solimões - this is what Amazon is called in this part of Brazil) and Rio Negro rivers. Friday to Monday is Amazon river, Monday to Friday is Rio Negro cruise, you can book either or both.
They have several activities every day - boat trips, jungle walks, etc. Tons of food available from about 6am to 11p. And they now have satellite internet service through Starlink.
It's kinda pricey but it's a wonderful experience with attentive crew, great food, and amazing views.
All rooms have balconies. The shower is very spacious (and big enough for 2 people). Several power outlets in the room.

general information about programs, activities, places, dressing in outside activities, time of breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.. is few or even not available. Just few information about the program is available on a sheet in the wall at the reception, nothing else.

The service, the food, the boat, the atmosphere.
The guides mixed English and Portuguese during the tours. Very little were translated to English and it was very difficult for native English speakers to understand.

The staff are great, the guides, housekeeping and waitresses are extremely friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean and comfortable, food is fresh and tasty. In between I took the tour offered at the front desk and it’s a must, well worth the extra money.
The trips offered each day felt sterile, I wish we had more contact with the locals. The indigenous tribe we visited is very modern and have today’s amenities. The walk in the forest is short and in very established paths, but the fairly long boat ride seems like a time “killing “. The should offer more excursions (twice a day is not enough)

Every cabin has a balcony. cabin size is comfortable and they offer coffee in the cabin
external areas weren’t very clean. some of the activities were kind of disappointing. the night boat tour was intended to see animals. if you see 2 csmall crocodiles you are lucky

The experience was amazing. We lived the Amazon forest with a lots of comfort. All the staff is very friendly and professional. The guides are very prepared and very friendly. All the experience we made worth it, the food and drinks are very good and tasty. We enjoyed very much our stay.
There is no Wi-Fi on the boat, they really should consider to put one.

Amazing ship in a perfect size for the river travel - it's a small and might cruise ship. We stayed four nights on this ship with plenty of food, fun and informative guided excursions to join, amazing service, and full of comfort. I probably wouldn't do the trip again since it's so specific, but I'd highly recommend it to friends and family as a comfortable and safe way to get to know a little about the Brazilian Amazon (mostly from the Rio Negro perspective).
The ship does not travel very far from the city of Manaus. It's stationary most of the time, but they manage to keep it spinning in the same area for parts of the day - not terrible, but I I think it would be more interesting to go further (perhaps it's not possible to keep going up Rio Negro).
The included wine selection is quite cheap - I couldn't drink neither white nor red. They do offer better options for purchase though.

Our decision to take this cruise was rather spontaneous. We were supposed to move from one oceanside hotel around Salvador to another but wasn't too excited about snorkelling in east Brazil so decided to cut that short and spend more time on Amazon. We didn't do much research in advance, so it was Thursday when we learned that this cruise exists and departs Fridays/Mondays from Manaus, there was a great deal on upcoming Friday departure and some flights available, so we just grabbed a taxi to the airport and made it to the next day departure, having little-to-no expectations.
The ship is designed for ~170 people and operates on lower capacity due to pandemic. Initially, we've only booked a three-night cruise to Rio Solimões which had only 14 tourists on board and probably 30+ staff, while looking ahead we decided along the way to extend it to the whole week and go to Rio Negro as well which lasted 4 nights till next Friday and had 36 tourists. On both parts, we were the only non-Brazilian couple onboard, but it was no trouble as most staff spoke excellent English, especially comparing to the rest of the country. Not so many people aboard created a nice relaxing atmosphere and made using all the facilities smooth.
All-inclusive was on par with most 5* resorts I ever stayed worldwide. A highlight was a top deck barman Anderson who made great local and classic cocktails.
The main reason to come to this cruise is not the ship itself, but so-called "expeditions". Basically, they put you on a high-quality speedboat with a guide and take you to some interesting place on Amazon. Each day except Monday and Friday which are spent in Manaus port, there's a schedule of 2-3 such trips you can take from the ship. Those are included in the price and it is strongly recommended to take all of them.
The expeditions schedule could have had more density and variety. Quite often expeditions were to the same place but on different time of day, 3-4 expeditions per day are totally doable and for some reason, they didn't offer extra private expeditions option for additional money when there were plenty of guides and boats given the reduced capacity. Days off at port also could have had some activities, we ended up going on a side trip with another company on Monday in the middle of the cruise to swim with river dolphins. Btw keep in mind that the rules of the cruise itself don't allow any swimming in Amazon at all.
Before check-in, they did a free mandatory COVID test for every passenger. The extra hassle was not so pleasant, but it contributed to a more relaxed atmosphere and not so strict mask rules later on.
The selection of fruits was limited and mostly the same each day. Uncommon local fruits were provided only as a juice. Fresh juice on breakfast was done in tiny portions and was often mixed with what a previous person asked for.
For some reason, they do eggs without any salt and don't provide any salt on breakfast at all. Had to ask waiters to bring me some every day and they often had to run to the kitchen to find some. Then I got bored to do so daily and started sneaking some packaged salt from the previous dinner...
The ship has a shared tips approach when you're not supposed to give tips personally, but instead, you put tips in a special box on check-out to be distributed between the whole team later on, including people you didn't interact with directly. We didn't completely trust this system so on the last day decided to give half of the tips personally to the most worthy crew members, while the other half went to the box. Not having to give a small tip on each interaction with staff is a notable advantage though.

Comfortable, spacious cabin, friendly staff, knowledgeable, talented guides, good food, though the buffet was sometimes uninspired.
the tours into the river and forest were short and rather superficial, with few animal sightseeings. It's more geared towards comfort than a comprehensive experience of the forest, maybe because most cruisers were elderly. It's alright but we would have liked to have options for getting to see more of the local environment and indian culture.
