Tolles Hotel mit gewissem Verbessubgsbefarf!

Schönes geräumiges und modernes Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand. Generell schöne Einrichtung. Begrüßungsgetränk beim Check-in. Schöner Rooftop-Pool mit toller Aussicht. Schöner Spa-Bereich.

Personal am Empfang hätte etwas freundlicher sein können. Wir hatten schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Die Toiletten im Pool-Bereich waren nicht 100% sauber. Wir hatten eine Massage gebucht, nachdem nach 45 Minuten Warten immer noch keine Masseurin zur Verfügung stand haben wir uns entschieden, das ganze nicht wahrzunehmen. Personal beim Frühstück nicht 100% aufmerksam. Keine Führung/Erklärung durch das Hotel, obwohl das Zurechtfinden durch mehrere Gebäudeteile und verschiedene Aufzüge, die nicht alle den selben Bereich erreichen, kompliziert war.

Preço de hotel 5 estrelas para hotel 3 estrelas. Quarto com acabamento antigo. Chuveiro que demora mais de 5 minutos para ter água quente. Wifi lento e instável. Equipe de recepção nada simpática.

The hotel is a jewel of the city.

The hotel is cozy and sumptuous. You feel like you are in a Rubber Barron’s guest house. The location is great and secure. The staff are attentive and reliable. The decor reflects pride in the Amazonas region.

Great place to stay in Manaus, Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast varied, fresh and ample. Bar well stocked and evening steak perfect

Great location just across from the national opera house. The rooms were very nice, spacious for two people, sufficient storage. Mini bar was stocked with water and other drinks. View from first floor courtyard included dome of opera house. Staff was very accommodating, allowed me to get into the room early as my flight arrived at 5 am. Wonderful breakfast/dining room with glass dome, showing opera house and lots of light. Nice terrace restaurant. I didn't have time to swim but the pool had a great location, great view of the opera house.

The water pressure was somewhat irregular, sometimes no water came out of the faucet, other times it was strong. Hot water varied too.

Convenient and relaxing.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were nice. The rooftop pool was wonderful.

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners. When paying this price, you expect good housekeeping.

lovely hotel with excellent professional service

beautiful interior spaces that creatively blend the old buildings with the modern additions and renovations. rooftop pool is stunning and refreshing. hotel is right across from Teatro Amazonas and the theatre square is quite pleasant on weekends. good restaurants nearby. we really liked the hotel breakfasts; dinner at restaurant (two beef dishes) was just okay but service and drinks were lovely. we probably should have ordered fish. everyone is professional and we are SUPER glad we stayed here! we left our suitcases (no charge) for two nights while on an Amazon boat trip then staying one more night.

Best location, Beautiful Hotel

The Building is beautiful, The location is amazing, The restaurant is good, As the Bar. Nice room, Good bed.

The Swimming Pool area should offer services, some nice Lounge Music, an employee to offer towers and drinks....

Amazing location. Excellent staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bathroom. Great breakfast.

Our room had a terrible mildew, mold smell. It gave me a headache. I probably would not stay here again unless other rooms had a different atmosphere. For $200 a night I expected much better.

terrible and my room got changed and overcharged me for far less room

the suite I booked wasn't available and gave me a far less room and overcharged me for it. Construction noise took place everyday at 7am so we couldn't sleep, hot water didn't work, tv didn't work properly

we had a problem with the electricity and the AC in our room, which was a major inconvenience. it took long for the staff to resolve the issue. we should have been moved to another room faster.

Superb

Great classic hotel right in front of the main city option and close to the town square with great restaurant options nearby. Tasty decor and very friendly staff.

The transfer was slightly late and luckily I managed to contact them by two other drivers that saw me a bit confused at the airport lobby - not the best start of the experience! Asked for some toothpaste as it was late at night to go out and buy some and got charged 20 reais for a vanity kit which, consider the hotel standard, could have been a complimentary gesture.

Comfy place at central location

The location is fab, right by the Opera House, the room was of good size with air conditioning and very nice toiletries

No water fountain anywhere to refill water bottles, had to buy off the hotel, but in such a humid and stiffling environment, it should be mandatory

fabulous hotel in a great central location. owner and management and the majority of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

we did encounter sone homophobic behaviour and comments from a minority of the staff. this is being dealt with by the management, we understand

Juma Opera Hotel is just across the street from the Opera House, centrally located. The cost is extremely reasonable, and the rooms are comfortable.

The pool was very dirty. A canopy shade, and clean area would take little time and much improve this area.
