Muy buena alternativa en Manaos

La comodidad de la cama y el trato del personal permitiendonos hacer uso de las instalaciones (duchas y facilitando toallas) después del check-out ya que nuestro vuelo salia última hora Shopping muy próximo al hotel, y lavandería a escasos metros caminando

El check-in es muy tarde 14h, aunque te permiten dejar las maletas en el hotel

Funcionários atenciosos, limpeza diária do quarto com troca de toalhas, café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Tem um shopping no complexo do hotel que facilita muito para refeições e compras rápidas.

O valor poderia ser melhor pois fica num bairro afastado do centro e das atividades turísticas

Voltarei na primeira oportunidade de estar em Manaus!

A localização do hotel foi bem útil, considerando meus deslocamentos na cidade. A equipe do hotel é bem atenciosa e profissional e fui muito bem recebida e tratada durante minha estadia. O quarto também é excelente: espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. O café da manhã também é bem variado e quando solicitei alimentação no quarto, essa foi bem rápida e de ótima qualidade.

Quando cheguei ao quarto, encontrei uma escova de dentes usada. Achei que o preparo da unidade que usei, poderia ter sido melhor. Esse foi o único ponto negativo que encontrei na unidade.

Rezeption freundlich, Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, wir sind spät angekommen und haben trotz geschlossener Bar noch Getränke erhalten

Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft, Schimmel und Käfer im Badezimmer. Hohe Bewertungen sind meiner Meinung nach nicht nachvollziehbar.

Ótima localização, quartos grandes, bom café da manhã, localizado em um shopping, cama boa, muitos travesseiros.

Vaso estava vazando água e ficava fazendo barulho, tampa estava solta, chuveiro fraco, tv não é smart.

Fui a um congresso e me atendeu muito bem. Teria sido excelente se a internet funcionasse a contento

Eu gostei do tamanho do quarto, da limpeza, do atendimento e do restaurante. O café da manhã não era particularmente espcial, mas atendeu plenamente as minhas necessidades.

A internet não funcionou direito. Acho que eles poderiam aderir ao consumo ecológico. Não tem o esquema que vemos em muitos hotéis da tolha no chão é para ser trocada e a que está pendurada não.

C’était bien pour la localisation

Bien localisé, bon restaurant et près du shopping mall

Le bâtiment et les meubles sont très usés. Le trafic est bruyant, l’eau pour la douche est pas très chaude.

Felt as though I was a second class guest for making my reservation on booking.com rather than with the hotel directly.

It was a good value

Property needs maintenance. Leaking faucets, loose safety bar in shower seemed risky. Staff was not helpful for an early check in even though it was requested prior to arrival.

Not a peaceful and quiet stay

The bed linen, the mattress and pillows were really confortable and soft. The breakfast was honest.

The noise of other guests and their children in the pool area, playing loud music and no staff to control it. The hidro was being used for little children and their countless toys. No peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was very disappointing after a long day of contacting the nature in the jungle. The air conditioning in the room was making an annoying noise as well.

Comfortable hotel and great breakfast.

Very comfortable rooms, with large bed, power showers, decent WiFi and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was very good; lots of variety and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly. A great place to relax after the jungle.

The swimming pool was full of dead flies when we went to use it and the outside area is tiny. There's literally 5 sunbeds, so it gets full very quickly. The kitchenette would benefit from a kettle and some basic utensils. We had to ask for plates and cutlery; only 2 glasses, a fridge and microwave are provided. Most of the TVs are not smart and so not useful to non Portuguese speaking guests.

Very good

Service is excellent, all employees are very kind. Rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is great great complete.

Elevator was out of service. One of the rooms we stayed on the 18th floor had a broken window which wouldn't close. Streets around are extremely noisy.

Good value for the price

Liked the location, facilities and overall amenities. Breakfast is good, but service has a lot of room for improvement. Staff is OK, but their attitude is passive and when asked they react very well. Room was very comfortable and large

The noise inside the rooms is terrible. The windows do not isolate external permanent noise. A/C position is not the best. I believe the lobby and the restaurant facilities are way too small for the size of the hotel
