Superb

This is a beautiful property - the grounds are lovely & the pool area is clean & quiet - like an oasis in Todos Santos. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The staff was always so helpful & friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Todos Santos.

Very nice!

the room is spacious, has a coffee-tea maker and a fridge. Great walk in shower with powerful water flow. Nice porch too. It's tucked away in its own space, on nice grounds, which made it very quiet. Minutes walk from town.

Clean, classy, wonderful.

Location is extremely convenient for a short walk to town but not directly on the beach if that is what you're looking for. It suited our purposes perfectly.

Nothing, it was lovely. Even the shampoo and conditioner in the gorgeous shower were wonderful. We booked late due to a family emergency and the staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Will go back.

Beautiful Hotel in Town

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed a few time now with friends and my partner. It’s an amazing “hidden gem” at the edge of town and right by Santos Chilote, with the best avocado tacos around! I genuinely look forward to coming back again and staying here longer.

Avoid staying at Hacienda Todos Los Santos.

The management of The management of Hacienda Todos Los Santos is incompetent and greedy. When I stayed there I was told my reservation was for five nights when thought I had reserved the unit for six nights. So after five nights I checked out, and they still hadn't realized their error. Then after I had left town they called me late in the evening (after 9PM) and asked when I would be checking in? They seemed to think I was two different people with the same exact name! I explained I was the same person who had checked out that morning. is incompetent and greedy. When I stayed there I was told my reservation was for five nights when thought I had reserved the unit for six nights. So after five nights I checked out, and they still hadn't realized their error. Then after I had left town they called me late in the evening (after 9PM) and asked when I would be checking in? They seemed to think I was two different people with the same exact name! Disappointing

Nice facilities, and good location.

The staff failed to notice that I had reserved an additional day, but since they don't allow modifications to their existing reservations, I had to use a new reservation to add the day. At check in I was told my stay was for 5 nights not the 6 nights I'd been expecting. Than after checking out and departing Todos Santos , that evening I received a telephone call asking when I would be checking in. Did they think I was two different people with identical names? They should have caught this error by the time I checked out, or better yet they should allow modifications to existing reservations to avoid this kind of misunderstanding.

Clean , comfortable and quiet. oh and very charming. super comfortable bed and high quality linens, hot shower with good pressure close to town center, walking distance . Highly recommended .

A very comfortable charming

Charming, huge comfortable rooms. nice views. great location to visit Todos Santos

Pool area is a bit rustic and slick tiled showers dangerous. Would be nice to have a simple breakfast available.

Convenient, safe location, with big rooms! Cleaning and customer service need to be addressed.

The location was wonderful, you could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The location felt very safe. The rooms were big and included a kichen.

It was very difficult to contact any of the management team with any issues. Language was not the issue but availability of staff that could do anything was. The cleaning crew came daily and changed the sheets and towels and mopped the floor. But for some reason they did not clean the sinks, tub/shower, or counters in the bath or kitchen. Beach towels were provided but not changed during our entire stay. Considering our stay was for 9 days, I found all of these things very unacceptable. The kitchen was poorly stocked. No baking pans, one teaspoon, no cutting board, etc. Its very difficult to cook without the basics, which was one of most important reasons we booked this hotel in the first place. I really do not like complaining online, and would of liked to address the issues directly with the management team during our stay, but sadly this option was not available to us for most of the trip.

Beautiful retreat in Todos Santos.

We loved the pool and swam every day. The room was beautiful, especially the hand painted tile bathroom. We didn’t have a car, so the central, but quiet, location was perfect for us. We received excellent help to book a return taxi to Cerritos Beach.

It was hard to find the check-in area despite the numerous signs. However, we arrived in the evening after dark.

What a wonderful property at a great location. We couldn’t believe the size of the room, it was really an apartment with a full-sized kitchen. We will be back next time we visit Todos Santos.

Good to be back after many years

A delightful stay. It's a beautiful property and the rooms are lovely. We had a great time. It was fun to have a very well equipped kitchen in one of the units.
