The ladies at reception were charming and very helpful the view amazing the breakfast wonderful.

The breakfast was excellent

The bathroom was exceedingly small the water to shower was lukewarm. The bed uncomfortable. The towels were at the opposite end of the room lacked a bench to put luggage on Wi-Fi was horrible. Needed lighted sign for nighttime arrival

It was so relaxing and chilled. The amazing sound of the waves crashing nearby, just perfection

The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and had all the variety of options available. It was delicious and healthy

Everything was perfect. The only thing was the beach chair that was loaned to me was a it heavy for me to carry the short walk to the beach in the heat

Gorgeous property. Beach view. Teepees are al cute although I stayed in a larger ocean view room.

Beautiful stay for those who seek a tranquil getaway

The facilities are great. Beautiful and secluded place. Having access to a yoga room and a common area made it really great.

Pachamama is a little oasis, removed from everything, with a great yoga studio and pool area.

They serve a great breakfast but that's the only meal you can have there. It's at B&B vibe, so I believe you can get your own ingredients and make yourself lunch and dinner in their kitchen. Location is so so. It's in front of a wild beach... it's not a beach where you can sit on the sand, relax and swim. For that, you need to get in the car. Also, the road to get to Pachamama is not great... if you can even call it a road. But unfortunately this is the case for most of the Todos Santos area, mostly dirt roads to get to beaches. But the rooms and pool at Pachamama are awesome. It's very removed so it can be a place to completely disconnect from the world.

Pachamama could do a better job at recommending restaurants in the area and giving you a heads up that the only meal you can get there is breakfast. Also, no wifi in the rooms. Which could be a blessing, depending on how you wanna see it. :)

This was my second visit and I will be back. I love everything about Pachamama Mexico. Beautiful accommodations, clean, quiet, relaxing, delicious food and gracious staff. I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Disappointing

Beautiful design and view

Due to COVID, there were no services during our stay. No reception, very difficult to contact the hotel, no cleaning everyday. No one has informed us that the hotel was going to be semi-abandoned. Not sure in normal times guests are taken care of but it seemed more of an Airbnb experience rather than a upscale hotel (considering the price)
