Within walking distance to shops & restaurants. Clean & spacious rooms.

Spacious & clean.

We shared a balcony with the people next door. I think there should be a divider on the balcony. It’s a bit awkward sitting out there together on the same balcony.

We were very happy staying there for two nights

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The gardens outside our room were beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied.

Our unit was more dated than the photos shown on the website.

Location is good being a short walk through a park to shops and restaurants.

Booking.com conditions were no prepayment, pay at the property but payment was taken prior to our arrival and I was unable to use different credit card to that held by Booking.com. I have been a customer of Booking.com for many years and for this type of booking condition, hotels wait until the customer arrives and their payment preference is known before a transaction is made. This is subject to the customer arriving within the published check in period, of course.

Easy walk to town and restaurants. Appreciated advice in advance that due to tourist numbers needed to book in advance preferred restaurants.

.Satisfactory , except for shower.

The bath/ shower is difficult to access, potential fall hazard for the less mobile( not old people, thank you ). Could be greately improved if a safety grab rail was installed. Shower itself is the worst I have used in a long time, can't adjust the nosel and poor pressure.

Great facility in short walking distance of both the Lake and shopping centre

Conveniently located, free Wifi and free off street parking. Great staff.

Laundry on site but had to cash in notes for coins to operate. Outside clothes line though was a big plus to avoid use of the dryers.

Great location clean and comfortable would stay again.

The property was lovely and inviting and rooms very comfortable and clean and the gentleman that greeeted us was very plesant and helpful with local knowledge. Would recommend anyone to stay.

We had a great stay at Asure Explorer Motel in Te Anau, I would give it 5/5. Would stay there again

Very cozy rooms, well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows, and even electric blankets Amenities were good - good coffee, chocolate The inn keeper, Nigel, was very helpful - he even gave us a ride to the Real NZ center so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage Large room sizes with sitting area and well stocked kitchenette, with good inclusions, coffee, tea, milk, dishwashing detergent and sponge, microwave and complete kitchen utensils made everything comfortable Good television channel choices Very good, clean bathroom. Excellent water pressure and heater

Great room great location.

Really large room with a balcony. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Close to the town centre and lake. Great restaurants and shopping centre. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very satisfied overall.

There were 2 very small lounge chair, where a couch would have been better.

Lovely spacious room. Loved the balcony. Well kept grounds. Staff helpful, particularly advising us the time frame to get to Milford Sound, which was a little longer than we'd anticipated. Walking distance to shops, restaurants.

Exceptional

Lovely self contained room with a garden outlook. Met our needs perfectly for a short stay with enough space to organise our backpacks for the next part of our adventure. Easy parking right outside the room.

Comfort in beautiful Te Anau

Everything was fantastic. The check in was great, the lady that greeted us was informative, and very helpful. The room was large and great for 3 adults and 3 suitcases, it was clean and had everything you could want. It also had an very informative information book inside, with a background of the owners, which was a great.
