Lovely, peaceful setting!
Would love to try the Tiny House on the property next time.
It was a bit hard to find initially, but the property was well worth it.

Very clean and modern. Excellent value. The view to the garden was sweet but in Winter of no bonus. The kitchen like the room, was modern and very well appointed. The breakfast was generous given the room rate and was excellent value.
The heating didn't cope with the chill of the bathroom in the middle of Winter. An overhead heater with the light would be appreciated. But overall would recommend this accomodations.

I rarely give a 10 rating for anything, but this certainly deserved it. It was excellent in just about every away including the hospitality of the owner. Highly recommend this
it was a little difficult to find at night in the rain, but called the owner and they were able to provide directions

This place is located just outside of Te Anau. Your room is just off of the main house. The whole area is surrounded by rolling farm land. The room is large with a comfortable bed. The kitchen is part of this same room. But it had everything we needed to make coffee or a meal. The bathroom was also a good size with everything everything we needed. From here we booked a small tour trip to Milton Sound.
That we had not booked this place for more than two nights.

This was a spacious room with all of the comforts. Lovely position just out of town and attached to the owners house. Undercover parking and a great continental breakfast refreshed daily. comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Garden setting on the patio nestled amongst the beautiful garden We had three nights there and we would have loved to stay more. If we were ever back there we would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.
Everything was super

Everything was new and perfect. The rural location was ideal for us as we wanted to be 'Far from the Maddening Crowd'. The food provided for the self-serve breakfast was generous and top notch.
I do not lightly give a score of 10... have done this possibly only thrice out of many tens of reviews I have submitted. Keep it up Jane!
Staying only for four nights. I would have liked to have had a dishwasher but understand that there is not place for one.

Recommended, this was a lovely room with great views. it’s well equipped and is good size. There is an outside deck with fabulous views. it’s far enough out of Te Anau to be quiet but close enough to drive in easily. The host was helpful and provided great information on the area.
nothing, everything good

Jane was such a lovely host! Very communicative and responsive; she even stayed up to attempt to meet us, which was very sweet. We were unfortunately still on our drive and didn’t get a chance to see her.
The room is a cozy garden studio that had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette. The breakfast provided was lovely. My favorite part was the bed, which was SO comfortable and firm, but not hard. Perfect for my chronic back pain and for a good night’s sleep before the Milford Track.
The driveway was very easy to miss, especially in the dark, even with the details our host provided. Took us a few back and forth drives down the highway to finally see the house number.

Fresh breakfast provisions.
Not much to not like. Maybe just run those towels through the drier to remove the scratchy feel.
