We love everything about this hotel. The beddings are very clean and comfortable (best bed ever!). The room is wide enough for our family of four. The bathroom in incredible. Room service is great. The location is perfect as it is within the Ayala center area - walking access to malls, movies and restaurants . Also a few mins to the airport. I just really I had booked a longer stay. We only booked two nights :( All staff are very courteous from checking in to check out.

who every thought getting guests who paid a huge premium for airport transfer to call the hotel multiple times to collect their expensive transfer needs to be dismissed. awful first experience topped by then having to queue for several minutes to check into a superior gold room. People who pay for expensive rooms and transfers should be treated to service not made to feel like second class guests. ruined our short stay.

We just loved the superb breakfast buffet. So many options. Everything was freshly made.
The staff was very very friendly.
Check-out was until 2pm possible. So no late check-out payment needed!
The location of the hotel is just A+. It is just next to Glorietta. Further, it is 30 minutes away from the airport.
We booked quite spontaneously. Therefore, the price was quite high.
Besides that, we just loved our stay at this hotel!

The inability to offer me an incentive to extend my last 3 days there , I asked 3 times and was put off by staff and given no answer , I’ve stayed there over 10 years and overheard other guests thanking them for upgrades but I was not offered anything so moved hotels and won’t return to Fairmont again now.

Upon arrival there was a complimentary Food platter was given on arrival in room-uncovered. We didnt know how long it had been there. On the food platter was Salmon sandwiches, and cakes with cream. They were left for 2 days before we asked room service to remove them. we just thought this is really poor food hygiene and bad housekeeping service.
Housekeeping not particularly up to standard, as we had to request extra pillows from housekeeping after they had taken 2 from the bed.... Housekeeping supervisor was little arrogant to one of the guests as she requested for 3 pillows to be replaced due to stains on the white linen. Some of the room service staff were really nice -but painfully slow service .
3 of us caught food poisoning, and when escalated a concern to the hotel that it may have been from their evening buffet, the CHEF's response was arrogant and in denial.
In total we lost 2 business days for 3 of our staff, and had to call the doctor to issue antibiotc just to be able to fly back home. Our colleague from NYNY also notified me she and her husband had upset stomach's ( they left the day we were all sick) .
We had to upgraded some of our staff to ensure their comfort on travel back to UAE.
All in all this experience has been really distressing as it wasn't handled with due respect from beginning to end.
2 of our colleagues are still sick, and are now missing work here in the UAE. We are sending them to the hospital to try and find the problem so as we can assist them in getting better.
Saddened that Fairmont don't have better systems in place for follow through in cases like this.

The staff was excellent , they always went above and beyond to help. the spa was outstanding, the hot stone massage was fabulous , ask for Sol .

Nice gym. Good variety and good quality equipment. The staff was very helpful.
The dinner buffet was not very good. Some of the items looked as though it had been out all day e.g., wilted salad, dried up meat. Suggest going to the Mall across the street - so many excellent options.
