Location is perfect close to shops & restaurants and airport is just 20 mins away
The toilet drainage is clogged, water pressure is weak. Hair dryer is not working.
4.1
Very close to shopping malls.
Quite outdated and maybe needed some refresh.

This is an old hotel but recently renovated. Rooms are basic but confortable. The best thing about this hotel is its great value for money given its location right across the road from green belt 5. I would stay here again.
Air conditioner was an old noisy widow rattler. Included breakfast options were a bit limited.
4.1
location! it’s accessibility to greenbelt! I love it!
nothing!
4.1
Unbeatable location right opposite Greenbelt with an array of restaurants and shops nearby. There's a nice small pool on the rooftop. The rooms, beds and bathroom were all clean and comfortable.
The room was supplied with a kettle but no tea or coffee. That's just weird.
4.1
Clean and friendly, all rooms equipped with aircon
The aircon is extent loud and rattling.

Really the only reason to stay here is the location.
Cold water showers, strong insect spray smell, loud aircon

Location is great
Staff approachable and cordial
Facility and room clean.
The bathroom is too small.
Toiletries have to be requested most of the time.
4.1
Room was clean, though its dated. Breakfast was good and main attraction to me was the central location most malls accessible by foot.
Room decoration dated, hence acceptable
4.1
very clean

the quietness of the room and availability of kettle for hot water, mini ref, cups and saucers, drinking water, location is accessible to transport, church, mall, supermarket
limited breakfast choices - but good that coffee is refillable
4.1
comfortable sleep
level 3 adjacent to the street heard every car and scooter go past, shower wasn’t clean, just a cheap hotel in a great location with nothing to offer, breakfast was horrible and had to buy a cappuccino for 100p which tasted like they got the water from a creek. would definitely not stay here again. cheap and nasty

I love the location. It is situated right in Ayala Malls Glorietta - close to food and shops. Somewhat accessible to public transport - the walking distance was good enough for me. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
I had an issue with the airport drop off and pick-up from their car service partner. It was appalling. We had the same [annoying] driver for both pick-up and drop off. He complained A LOT; non-stop. He kept on ranting on about why was he the one picking us up as he and the vehicle that he was driving was only for VIPs of PAL. I paid PHP 1,100 for one-way, excluding the PHP 45 toll fee (shouldered by the client) if travelling through the Skyway. He also made an issue about why my boyfriend and I were speaking in English despite us being Filipinos. He also asked us to pay the toll fee of him driving from the airport to the hotel to pick us up. I was not inclined to pay for the toll fee since we were not with him during the ride. I only paid for the toll fee when we were in the van with him. He then made a snide comment of like what's PHP 45 compared to the price of the plane ticket that we bought. He then shared with us his unwarranted personal problems. I did not want to converse with him the whole ride as he was already pissing me off. This was such a stressful experience. I've already brought this up with the hotel. Hopefully this would be attended to and an update would be given soon. I would never want anyone to experience this kind of unprofessional behavior.

A nice place for a short stay in Makati. Very well located.
Nothing too bad, but the room could have been cleaner upon the arrival.

Great Location and has the basic stuffs like toiletries and slippers.
I was expecting for a coffee and tea in the room, just like most hotel, but they have mugs and kettle.

The location was the best and accessible to everything.
The rooms A/C didn’t work well, had very limited channels on TV to choose from. We weren’t instructed on any room service.

Location was perfect. It was located very closely to the Embassy of Spain which was my main purpose in going to Manila, and also it’s just a stone throw to Glorietta and Greenbelt.
Our shower did not have a hot and cold option.

The location is excellent. Our accomodation did not include breakfast
Instead of window type airconditioning units whicn normally is a bit noisy, split type would have been a lot better .

I prefer to eat out for all meals. Easy access to Malls. Accessibility to taxi, bus, and other transport. Nearness to Airport. Regarding my hotel experience, I do love not being disturb by staff early in AM to clean up. Housekeeping is too patient to let their guest rest with gusto which I love.
Maybe adding a little more furniture at the lobby can bring ambience and welcoming to guest and their families who visits them. Access to a microwave or a few eating utensils in a nook area can better serve guest who arrive late at nite and had bought food from 7 Eleven.

Have stayed here several times now . Excellent and helpful staff .brilliant location so close to everything in greenbelt Makati . No noise
Unfortunately rooms need some attention . We couldn't use vanity as there was no waste outlet working to let water out . We did get around the issue . Honest still not a fan of restaurant still better options outside in greenbelt within 50 to 300mtrs for breakfast and dinner
