We booked that hotel for the first time. It was our choice because it was near the embassy, where we had an appointment. The lobby looks modern.
First, the photographer of the pics did a great job because the room looked so spacious on the pics. The reality was sad. The "suite" was tiny with too much furniture (be careful to not bump ur toes!). The living room with the sofa which has a kitchen included, has NO window. The kitchen was nice, but why the hell are there NO kitchen tools? What is the sense of a kitchen without tools?! Not even spoons or forks. The worst of all was the sleeping room: the mattress was hard. I mean REALLY hard. Despite my 100+ kilos, I didn't sink an inch!! The bed was so dump placed, that we couldn't open the door to the bedroom completely. The switcher of the lights in the bedroom was installed on the wrong side (behind the door). So if you enter the room, you need to close the bedroom door behind you first so that you can reach the switcher. The bathroom was not really better. The water pressure was very weak. It took 28 seconds to fill up a glass with water! In general, the walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hallway even the people who speak with a normal voice volume. So we could hear everything from the neighbours. EVERYTHING. So we checked out after 2 nights, even though we booked and paid for 5 nights. The receptionist didn't even ask us about the reason for the early departure or if we had a nice stay. Customer care looks different and seems not to be used there. Be careful: You have to pay a deposit of 1,000 php / night. More than 1 week after check-out, the amount was not yet refunded to my creditcard. I had to send an email to the hotel to get the blocked amount refunded. Never happened before (and I travel a lot on all continents).

I like the food and the room.
The processing of my booking is terribly unacceptable. I waited a long time to check in. The hotel is unable to charge my card using booking.com. I dont have any problem using booking.com to any hotel so far. But the reception was unable to explain why they can't charge and that I need to pay cash. The experience was stressful.

Accessible food choices outside. It was near to 7/11. The lobby was nice.
It was my second time to book in this hotel.. I saw two cochroaches and two mosquitoes. It took some time for the housekeeping to address my concerns. There was misunderstanding and miscommunication with the receptionist with regard to my booking. I was not properly informed about the specific details of my booking.

Room was really comfortable and had everything i needed
Parking was horrible. The small driveway scratched my car, and it was so difficult to park and to leave. I didnt park there anymore after my car was scratched on my first night

The room was very clean and the bed did meet my expectation. The location did not have much for tourism however it was good for a quiet holiday.
The location was limited to all form of transportations in Manila.

All staff were excellent once again and provided exceptional customer service. All staff greeted me by name, excellent. Jerome and Jan you are great mentors to all your staff. The bedding was very comfortable.
The hot water pressure.

The doorman and bellboy were outstanding with their customer service.
The size of the room we booked was good.
The bed needs improvement. It was hard and uncomfortable. It was the same for all the guests we booked in different rooms. Body would ache if we didn't change position every few hours.

close to good restaurants and easy to go everywhere you want. the staff is excellent very friendly and accommodating from the person who welcomes you at entrance to the front desk to the housekeeping people., and you will feel very safe staying in this hotel. will totally recommend this place.
we just didn’t like that the bed is kinda too firm. Its just I preferred a more softer bed.

Great location! You have your own kitchen space. Convenient if you want to cook your own meals. Clean and friendly staff. Its also near to restaurants and coffee shops. There was even a small park just another street behind the building if you want to go for a walk or just sit down and chill.

Very convenient location. It is just walking distance to most of the nice places in Makati. The area feels safe as well even at night. It gives off a modern, calm, clean and safe city vibe.

I loved the staff! The location is great too and was perfect for my assignment. The restaurant in the premises has a nice buffet.
It would have been nice to have some pictures or paintings on the barren walls.
