Un día estuvimos sin agua en la ducha, lo reclamamos, tardaron ams de una hora y al final su solución es que fuesemos a otra habitación a ducharnos y volver a la nuestra (llevando ropa, toallas, etc a la otra habitación). Nos cruzamos con la dueña y ni se disculpó por los inconvenientes, de hecho nos miró de arriba a abajo. Un trato por su parte NEFASTO. No teníamos secador y tuvimos que reclamarlo. Había manchas en la pared de suciedad, una lampara descolgada y le faltaba una bombilla. En la habitación habia una mancha de moho de unos 50 centimetro en la pared, y de hecho, la habitación olía a humedad.

Location was great, room was comfortable!

Easy to find and check in was fast. Room had a lot of character, not the biggest, but big enough for us! Great location!

The Hostel is located in the very center of the old city of San Sebastian. The room were clean and the stuff very helpful

Location is great and easy access with taxi stand close by.The hotel has a lift.The room was comfy with a little balcony and a view to the street.No noise from the street.

From my room I could hear the people in the room next to me which was really annoying as hard to sleep

the shower cubicle was too small, and it was pitch dark walking up the stairs, on middle floor.

Great location, basic accommodation

The location was absolutely amazing and it was cleaned daily. It's basic accommodation - somewhere to leave your bags while you enjoy the city.

The room was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures and I think the pictures were probably taken a long time ago when things were newer and fresher. The walls were paper thin (could hear a lot of noise from outside on the street even with windows closed during the night, and could also hear people in other rooms talking, coughing, closing doors, flushing toilets etc, conversations at reception from very early in the morning) so would recommend bringing earplugs.

Location good but would not stay here again.

Location was perfect.

Room was too small. Mold in the shower and near the window caused allergic reaction. Inability to regulate room temperature. Too much street noise with open window. No instruction to enter property was provided with confirmation. we had to knock on door for 10 minutes.

Great lcoation. Clean rooms. Accomodating staff.

The Location was fantastic. Great clean room and we were away from the noise. The staff did help us although note that they do not speak any English. :)

The noise from garbage collectors can be a little noisy.

Terrific value pension

Charming room, unbeatable location.

Be aware, there are several steps to navigate before you reach the elevator. As noted by others, soundproofing is effective against street noise but walls are thin between rooms.

To be honest, for this price, it was a very good stay.

it’s super clean

the room does not have air conditioning, it is impossible to sleep at night, we cannot open the window because there is a lot of construction noise! Also, there is no clear signage of what to do when arriving at the door of the building, the reception directions could be better.

Ideal location as a base to explore the city

Perfect location in old town - easy access to bars/shops and also to beaches on either side. Check in was very easy and quick. Friendly staff.

The bathroom smelled quite strongly of mould/damp - possibly because of standing water under the shower/flooring.

Location.

No signage whatsoever on front door or even on doorbell. Had to ask a local policeman to ring the correct bell. Staff speaks practically no English nor zero French/German. Long walk from the parking garage to the Pension with luggage in pouring rain not comfortable.

Great location on the edge of the old town.

Noisy. Recycling bins are right outside of the pension and they are emptied very early in the morning. The room didn't have a bin. Could have had tea and coffee making facilities.
