Gerne wieder. Obwohl Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden würde ich es eher in der Nebensaison empfehlen.

Super Frühstück Hotel direkt am Strand Nachmittags Kaffee und Gebäck Aufgrund von Nebensaison sehr wenig Touristen Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal

Die Preise im Hotelrestaurant sind sehr teuer. Hier würde ich es empfehlen in eine Bar an den Strand zu gehen.

We really enjoyed our laguna villa, and amazing sunset views very convinient for the kids

Amazing stay in the beautiful Laguna

Lovely hotel in the beautiful Laguna area, very attentive staff. Rooms are newly decorated and clean. A lot of activities such as complimentary water sports (paddle board, canoes) in the laguna. Our boys loved the Thai boxing class. Breakfast in the restaurant Miss Olive Oyl was superb, the best homemade bread we have ever had at a hotel! The indian buffet night was amazing - really delicious. We paid for half board which was convenient, and left a meal a day to explore other restaurants in the area - which there are plenty of just down the beach. Shuttle bus (and/or jetty) to Laguna mall - and the nearby city (or a 15 min walk), which has really developed since our last stay in the area 7 years ago. Plenty of new stores and restaurants. Ongoing constructions on site hardly noticeable. A temporary lobby and entrance does the job. Very little noise from the works - nothing to worry about. I am guessing the temporarely closure of some rooms only leaves more sunbeds and space in the pool for the rest of us :-)

We would have loved a buffet dinner every night (we only tried the indian and the Italian) - even though the a la carte menu was great as well.

Жилин корпусе после ремонта с видом на лагуну. Хороший номер с зоной для дневного отдыха, в номерах чисто. Шикарный пляж, грошик рестораны.

Мало лежаков на пляже в тени. Дорогая стоимость для отеля такого уровня. Видели 2 раза бегающих по территории крыс.

Best resort, excellent location and amazing staff and services ! Highly recommend!

We loved the location of the resort with easy access to the beach and beachside restaurants. The resort was very clean and comfortable with excellent services. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomadating.

The only downside I can think of is that they were upgrading the resort during our stay which resulted in construction noise however, this meant the resort wasn't too busy and that they are making it even better so you can't go wrong staying at Saii Laguna.

Food (especially thai) and service are great The pool slide guarantees endless kid's entertainment combined to Kid's club activities Free accesss to kayak and sailing boats Rooms are very comfortable The beach is clean, safe and easily accessible from the hotel Windy so never too hot + no mosquitoes

Building looks a bit run down Massage place is in the middle of everything and so loud aka not very relaxing (but the massages are great)

peaceful, but a little disappointed

As it is close to the public beach, the hotel does not have control over who enters the pool area, so people who are not staying use the facilities, which ends up transforming a private place into a public one. The pool bathrooms are practically public, as people often come in just to use them. Non-guests spend the day at the pool occupying chairs and even saving slide “mats” for their children to use. This greatly compromises security, as they have no control over who enters or leaves the hotel premises.

Very bad experience.

Only the location of the hotel is good.

Your front office team was not good starting from your reservation team before i came who completely ignore the fact that i already went to Saai lagoon maldives last year and i choose your hotel this year and they didnt confirm the reservation till i transfer the whole amount and u can check there emails to me who was not polite at all. When i came to check in after a 13 hours flight with my 3 years old baby and my wife who was pregnant your reception ask me to show my credit card (which i dont understand) and made me pay 1 PT with it and one i told them that never happened with me before they simply say "every hotel have its policy. They need to take an English course also as i had to speak to 3 different people to order white toast to my room.on the second day my wife and my baby was not well and on the breakfast time i ask them over the phone if they can bring breakfast to my room they refused and made me pay 1800 PT for it. The only good thing about your hotel is the house keeping who know how to smile and how to do there job the right way. After a good experience at Saii maldives last year you made my experience so bad this year and im sure next time will never make it to your hotel again.

Overall it was a great stay. If they changed the beds and pillows, I would come back regularly.

Disappointing

The breakfast staff were lovely, friendly people and assisted with any need.

The sheets were dirty on arrival and had to be changed which isn’t convenient after hours of travelling. The flip flops were dirty and had obviously been worn by the previous guests. There was 10% service charge on everything. On meals, fine, but if you buy a can of coke there’s a 10% charge + 7% Vat charge. So it makes it really awkward to pay with cash. I checked in and was in the hotel 5 minutes and was excited when the receptionist told me about the traditional Thai set menu happening that night. Then she told me that I can’t attend actually because I’m a solo traveller and the menu is for 2 people. I asked if she could check if something can be arranged as I’m a female solo traveller, she said no. Why not? I was in a 3 star hotel in Bangkok and a 3 star hotel in Chiang Mai prior to staying at Saii Laguna and they were more accommodating to solo travellers than this ‘5-star’.

on the whole a good stay, the ground is very beautiful . Would have given a 5 otherwise

Room a bit outdated. Beach is very nice. Breakfast can do with more variety. no coffee in room. Concierge or front desk no very informative when asked about various places to go or in the evening or transport available e.g we were no told about the shuttle service until we found out from other guests.

There is no coffee sachet in the room. The was filter coffee in a sac but no actual filter to make coffee. A ready made coffee granules would be good. This is standard expected for all 4-5 stars hotel.

Wonderful stay in a well kept resort, with sadly one issue that couldn't be fixed.

The room, food, and facilities were fantastic. I loved the oil burner when coming in to the room (although it would have been nice if this was re-lit by cleaning staff each day so the room always had such a beautiful scent). The pool was lovely and everything was well kept.

Our only complaint would be that the door to our room was dodgy. Although the cards we were given would work (they flashed green), the door itself never opened first try - something was sticking. It often took us between 4 - 10 tries to get the door open each time which was really frustrating. We raised this with staff twice - once they took my card and promised to send someone to fix it - which they never did and I never got that card back. The second time they just gave us new cards, which did not fix the issue as it was with the door itself. Sadly, this did leave a bit of a poor taste in our mouths, as it felt a bit like we were ignored on this issue, and it was an annoying one to put up with.
