Excellent location for a good price!

Excellent location, close to Surin Beach (1-minute walk), 7/11 across the street and next to a great Thai restaurant called Madams. Bang Tao night market is close by and a must-visit. Strong WIFI, a comfy bed, a fridge in the room and 2 bottles of free water daily. The staff were very helpful.

The air conditioning could have been stronger.

Adequate, close to beaches

Room close to beach and downtown area, had a balcony. Staff were friendly and nice at hotel

Hotel is older and first time I booked it and it was confirmed but received a message saying cancelled as price on internet incorrect. So I paid a higher price at same hotel but was disappointed because hotel requires updating. Bed boxspring is shredding underneath as were curtains shredding and need repair or replacement. Elevator old so I took the stairs. No pool but close to beach area. Photos of hotel look much nicer than in person

the room was smelly, there were no restaurant, no pool, no common areas and very small and not really pleasant balcony overlooking the dirty wall with noisy and hot conditioner

Room spacious but facilities poor.

Close to beach, room was spacious.

Not good Shampoo and soap, no shower gel, no staff at the reception, no phone in the room, no hand wash, no hair drier. Breakfast was poor. No slippers in room.

Great location, big room, need to be able to understand a real Thai experience lol.

Nice big fridge. Very spacious room and convenient furniture (although one plug outlet wasn't working).

As not many visitors (I think I was the only one), no-one around ever so a bit of calling on the telephone to get someone to check me in and there was no real understanding to expect me from Booking.com. However, all's well that ends well and they were very accommodating with a very late check-out. I'm not fussed about it. Breakfast was a bit confusing being two shops down but we got there in the end!

Exceptional

The most thing I like is the lady who runs the hotel.. she is so helpful and supportive and caring pets .. I felt like I visited my auntie house not a hotel :))

Yes this hotel is a bunch of thieves they still 10000 baht from me refused to give me my refund stay away at all cost

The hotel itself I didn't like the people there are bunch of liars and thieves they stool, 10,000 baht from me.

Close to the beach, cheap, next door restaurant has good food and lovely staff

Card machine didnt work. AC also didnt work properly, it was blowing hot air. Felt like a chicken in the oven all night

Are you lonesome tonight?

Staff were friendly and helpful all things considered. The rooms are big the location is on the main road to the beach so location wise pretty good

Given the current ongoing covid circumstances it was all good. We were the only guests in anotherwise deserted hotel. That was a bit spooky.

I think an effort could have been made to get a breakfast for me - at least a coffee.

I paid for a room with breakfast but when I got there, as I was the only guest, they told me "no breakfast". The hotel reception was not manned when I arrived. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to turn up,

A very good effort from a simple little hotel right on the main road itself

The staff very helpful. Breakfast was huge, even though there were few guests due to Covid situation. Cozy and well priced.

Acceptable Hotel for a cheap Holiday

Nice people, the beach is very Close. Surin beach by feet ist around 3 Minutes. Bang tao beach by feet is around 15 Minutes away. They Had an Elevator. The room was relatively big. The Air when you Open the window is Clean and didnt smell Like food. You dont hear the Sound of the airconditioner. They had soap for Tagung shower.

Bedclothing wasnt washed for 5 days, they just made the bed for good looking. Also the bedclothing smelled Used. I Had No balcony, only a window. The shower was with a little Bit of water. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. First day when i arrived they Had No room for me and i needed to Look for another hotel for 2 days. Hotel ist on near the Main street, but the Sound was acceptable.

Oudated hotel with very limited wifi access

The location nearby to the beach. One of the cheapest options near Surin beach.

Wi-Fi is terrible. They provided wrong password for the Wifi on our floor and the Wifi from other floor was too slow and kept disconnecting. It is not quiet in the rooms. Dogs/roosters from the neighbourhood might keep you up during the night. Very outdated facilities i.e. broken balcony door, bed with a hole in the middle. Very poor English of all hotel staff.
