Service at the restaurant and the manager were attentive and customer oriented.
I picked hotel because it offered 'tennis" as a filter and in the description. 1 week before arrival, I inquired if there are coaches offered/list by the hotel of interested players. :
- Hotel said they had changed from tennis court to padel, indicating that there had been a tennis court.
- I indicated my disappointment as ‘tennis’ feature is what I specifically sought when booking; I requested a refund for at least 2 days and later asked for any other refund, the minimum the hotel could offer for a major inconvenience, practically ruining my intended vacation with a tennis court. None was offered and hotel refused to take any responsibility even n my arrival when the lack of tennis court was confirmed-
- They kept on insisting that ‘padel’ and ‘tennis’ courts are the same, despite actual reference to 'TENNIS' on their Booking ad (not padel or tennis/padel) - I booked on August 2nd, when TENNIS was advertised, I would not have otherwise booked this average looking place- the same text was still there on August 29th- next day after my check-in.
- The hotel further lied to the Booking agent and saying that tennis can be plaiyed on this court
This lack of professionalism and lies in treating the customers, in light of documented truth (pictures, text announcement) is deeply disappointing and needs to be punished.

Nice area with a good first impression. Three pools and a padel court.
Good parking space.
Breakfast can improve. Bad smell in the room.
Loud music at the pool area. There was a demand for wearing swim hats. Crazy.

Extremely clean , very good Housekeeping , what you want from most hotels . Very friendly night team and reception. Good breakfast lovely in the gardens every morning . One thing only silly pool rules , wearing a swimming hat .

Good staff and hotel.
Would like them to remove garbage from the entrance or hide somehow. It was not pleasant smell every time we walked to balcony.

Location was very nice, very nice view
Room was nice
Service was not the best
too many stairs to do and beach not reachble without sthuttle if you have a baby. entertaiment is moving between two locations, so you need to follow them and not easy with little kids. Also, so much noise at night of the fisrt day of stay...they did musinc up to late night
restaurant was not very good and 25 euro for the meal was really too much for that food. And they are not organised for little kids (like they do not have little pasta anywhere, you need to bring it from home)
breakfast was ok but not much to choose
the lido was not as expected, no beds but only chairs...and too close each other

The receptionist didn't have my booking when I arrived. Then found it and checked me in.
I was given the room two floors above reception, not surprising since I was just staying the one night. It was facing the pool and club area, the noise with nightclub music went on till 24.30hrs, was crazy, impossible to sleep earlier than that.
Room was clean, ac worked well, I had a problem with the blinds, couldn't close them. Receptionist came to help close them.
The hotel is ideal for families with kids who need space to run around, entertaining, allowed to make as much noise as they want, with no consideration for adults. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place to go.
