Amazing ocean view

The view from the room was amazing overlooking kep beach The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful they gave an extra pillow when asked.

The hot water in the shower worked half the time

The location is excellent and the pool is great! The restaurant food is really good too! Would stay there again.

The room needed some attention. The furniture looks grubby and paint is flaking off the walls. A little bit of paint would do wonders!

Location is fantastic, staff at desk and housekeeping are great and are doing their best to put lipstick on this property which is not being maintained properly by the owners.

Property desperately needs some love and care.

Convenient location

Right at the southern end of Kep beach, very convenient location. Step out immediately into the bustling street. Tuktuk drivers all know where The Beach House is, no problem locating.

Many steps to climb up (no lifts) so if you have heavy luggages, think twice.

Noisy aircondtioner. Needs a lockable fly screen door then no need for aircondtioner. Not enough pillows.

this property needs some maintenance. there are obvious signs that it suffered during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Amazing location

Amazing location across the road from the beach, beach views from the room. The pool was lovely too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Cocktails in happy hour are 2.50 USD and delicious. The food in the restaurant was very nice and well priced.

The Beach House KEP Beach is the only top Quality accommodation at very reasonable prices, that's overlooking the Kep Beach, other accommodation are further away from the Kep Beach I've done some YouTube videos on the Beach House at Kep Beach Cambodia, My YouTube channel is called (mystery Cambodia) Just scroll down to until you find the YouTube videos on the Beach House KEP Beach Cambodia 🇰🇭 Best views of Kep Beach from every room at the Beach House KEP Beach Cambodia 🇰🇭 Its very busy on Saturday and Sunday as lots of people living in Phnom Penh Cambodia go to Kep Beach in the weekend, but Monday to Friday is absolutely paradise. Very friendly staff, great restaurant, The beach House has only 14 rooms all with beautiful views of Kep Beach, and a great swimming pool and spa. On the bottom floor you have rooms 1-7.on the second floor you have rooms 8-14 All 14 rooms have beautiful views and sunset 🌇 over the Ocean, Lots of wild Monkeys at Kep Beach. The location was on a hillside. No real parking available. Multiple stairs to get to our family room located in the back of the hotel without a view of the beach. Had to pay cash because their machine wasn't working. No pool as seen in the picture.

Pleasant

The hotel is perfectly placed for a beach holiday, directly across the road. Not much else around, a short tuk tuk ride to the Crab Market where you can find some lovely restaurants by the sea. Kep is nice to stay if you want a couple of quiet days doing nothing but the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony of an evening watching the sun going down. The omelets are lovely at the hotel.

Wouldn't say there is anything we didn't like but the hotel decor is a bit 'tired'. Assuming lack of custom due to Covid has reduced what they can spent to update the hotel. Pool wasn't very clean.

Worst experience in 9 years travelling asia

Staff, I got shouted at because I asked why pool was empty, rooms didn't close, mosquito everywhere, TV not working, aircon not cold, when asking to cancel, I was told its my fault its not a 5 star hotel and what do I expect, owner shouted at me and didn't refund me, I paid $170 for one night

Weekend getaway + working offsite for a few days

I love the location of the Beach House, it's right across the street from Kep Beach, so it's easy to go for a swim. The local crab market is really not too far as well and makes for a nice destination for a walk by the sea, or for a very short motorcycle outing. The location is especially fun during the weekend, as families come down from Phnom Penh to enjoy the sea breeze. Weekdays are fairly quiet and as such definitely have their charm. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, or for several days as there are lots to do there. We stayed 8 nights.

We were pleased with everything. To be noted that due to COVID and travel restrictions, the place is not as crowded as it usually is, except maybe on some weekends.

Well worth it

The Lord cation was great. Beach across the street views from all rooms across the sea staff very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to make sure we had the breakfast dishes we wanted . Pool located ina private area

It’s right across the street from the beach. Sea view from your room. The pool is small but very nice with an artificial waterfall and smaller pool for just sitting. Large restaurant and bar area with comfortable seating. You can wake up and walk across the street to swim in the ocean before breakfast.

The room could use a paint job. It’s an older hotel and it looks it. Very sparse furnishings.
